mommy made mac and cheese for dinner my favorite! after i finished eating mommy gave me a bath but i didn't want to take one.

"okay miss y/n are you done eating?" mommy asked

"yep all done!" i said with a smile

"wow you're such a big girl you ate all your food girly" daddy said

"i'm a big girl!" i said with a huge grin

"okay baby let's go take a bath and get ready for bed" mommy said as she picked me up and placed me on her hip

"mommy i don't wanna take a bath" i said with a frown

"i know baby but what if we make a bubble bath!" she said.

"bubble bath?" i said as my face lit up

once we got to the bathroom mommy ran the warm water for my bath. after my bath she helped me get dressed in my pajamas. my pajamas were find with cats all over it. i love cats!! as i finished daddy walked into my room and i got tucked into my bed.

daddy read me and story and mommy sang to me. after a little while i ended falling asleep.

all of a sudden i jolted out of my sleep. i don't know what time it was but it was late. i had a bad dream. my room was dark and everything scared me. i jumped up out of my bed and scurried into mommy and daddy's room

once i got in there mommy and daddy were fast asleep and the cats were also on the bed. i walked over to mommy's side and began to shake her gently.

"mommy?" i said. "mommy??" no answer. "mommy?" i said while shaking her gently. she ended up waking up.

"what's wrong baby?" mommy said while rubbing her eyes.

"i-i had a bad dream and i'm scared... can i sleep with you?" i asked while looking down at the ground.

"of course baby you don't ever have to ask." mommy said while lifting me up into the bed. daddy also woke up from the movement of the bed

"what happened girly? are you okay?" he asked. i went into depth and told daddy and mommy all about my bad dream. if made me feel better and less scared. i knew i was safe and sound.
