today was my first day of high school. it was also my first day going to an actual school. i've been homeschooled since i could remember due to my parents high profiles. i finally convinced them to let me go to a real school. they're taking the risk with public school instead of private school. only because the private schools here aren't very good and my parents don't want me to be academically behind.
at 5am my alarm went off and i got out of bed. i took a quick shower then got ready. i put on a pretty simple outfit. nothing too much but nothing sloppy.

after i got dressed i made my way downstairs and was met with both my parents down there.
"good morning y/n! how'd you sleep?" mom asked.
"i slept pretty good" i said.
"you excited for school?" dad asked.
"yeah i'm kinda worried i'm gonna get lost" i said with a chuckle. mom finished up breakfast for me and then i was driven to school.
"have a good day sweetie" mom said as dad smiled at me.
"okay bye! love you both!" i said as i got out the car.
as soon as i stepped out a lot of heads turned and i saw people saying stuff. i felt paranoid and just took a deep breath then walked into the school. i got to my home room and when i walked in everyone turned to look at me and their jaws dropped.
"hi! what's your name?" my teacher said.
"um—"
"i'm just playing around with you! i know who you are! in fact im pretty sure everyone does!" she said. i let out an awkward laugh.
"go ahead and find a seat somewhere" she said. i looked around and picked an empty seat by the window. i went to grab something from my backpack and when i looked back up there was a line of people standing right by me.
"oh...um hello." i said.
"are you actually taylor swift and travis kelce's daughter?" one girl blurted out. then 100 of questions were getting blurted out at me and i was getting overwhelmed.
"guys leave her alone!" the teacher said. then everyone went to go sit down. then i got a text from my mom.
how's school going?
it's going horrible. i hate it. i'm so overwhelmed people keep asking me questions and bombarding me with questions. my anxiety is through the roof right now
oh baby i'm so sorry. i wish you didn't have to live like this. we'll see you when you get home. i can bake cookies?

after i locked my phone and placed it back on my desk. the rest of the day went by in a blur until i got to lunch. there were hundreds of people asking me to sit at their table and i was so overwhelmed. i didn't want to make anyone upset. so i just went to an empty table but it wasn't empty for long because people came rushing over to the table. i just sat their awkwardly.
