The next morning Rafe was frantically walking around the bedroom, waking Raven up because he accidentally ran into the nightstand.
"What's wrong?" She shot up, watching him pace.
"You need to leave," He glared at her and her eyes widened.
"Excuse me?"
"I need you, to leave, go back to Tannyhill, go to John B's I don't care, but you need to go," He snapped and she raised her eyebrows in disbelief.
"You gonna give me a fucking reason or?" She raised her voice.
"Don't fucking raise your voice at me," He walked over to her, she saw anger in his eyes.
"What is going on, Rafe," She rolled her eyes, and he smack her, "I KNOW YOU DID NOT JUST FUCKING HIT ME," She yelled at him, and his face fell.
"Raven-" He reached out to touch her and she pushed his hand away.
"No fuck you, you wanted me to leave? I'll fucking leave," She got out of the bed and grabbed her bag, shoving her stuff into it.
"FINE," He yelled at her and walked into the bathroom, slamming the door behind him.
"Very fucking classy of you!" She yelled towards the bathroom and walked out of the house.
She fumbled her phone out of her pocket and called Sarah, trying not to cry.
"RAVEN! HI!" Sarah yelled excitedly into the phone.
"Is your dad home?" She let out a shaky breath.
"He's not going to be home for three months it's only Wheezie and I," She answered concerned and Raven let out a breath.
"Alright I'm on my way," Raven sighed and hung up the phone.
She heard thunder crack and the rain started pouring like God had sympathy for her. She started to cry while walking and soon got to Tannyhill.
"SARAH!" She yelled, opening the front door, her voice cracking.
Sarah ran down the stairs and stared at Raven, seeing her bloodshot eyes and her soaked clothes.
"Oh my god, Raven, what happened," She pulled her into the house and she started to cry, "Raven, tell me what happened."
"Rafe," She looked at Sarah and her heart broke.
Sarah helped Raven up the stairs as she cried, into Raven's room. Sarah got out a sweatshirt and sweatpants and Raven shook her head no.
"Not those sweats they're Rafe's," She sniffed.
"Okay," Sarah nodded and grabbed a new pair, handing her the clothes, "What happened, Rae."
"I don't- I don't know I woke up and without even saying good morning he told me I needed to leave," Raven started to cry again as she changed into the dry clothes and Sarah hugged her tightly.
"Raven I'm so sorry, I can talk to him, let me talk to him, maybe I can get answers," She rubbed her back and kissed her shoulder.
"I can't breathe," Raven took a shaky breath while she cried, "I need him."
"It's okay, everything will be fixed I promise, he's probably just having an episode, I promise it'll be okay," She held her best friend close to her as she cried.
"Why doesn't he want me anymore," Raven sobbed in Sarah's lap and Sarah sighed.
"It's not that, this happens, he does this, he loves you so much, Raven I promise you," She sighed, comforting her.
The two lay there as Sarah comforted her, finally Raven stopped crying, just staring at the ceiling.
"I'm so sorry Raven," She sighed.
"I am too," She wiped her eyes and Wheezie walked in.
"Holy shit what happened?" Wheezie's face fell, sitting next to Sarah.
"Rafe," Sarah sighed and Wheezie nodded.
"WHERE IS SHE?" The front door slammed and Rafe's voice sounded.
"I don't wanna talk to him right now, please," Raven's eyes filled with fear and Sarah nodded.
"Hide in your bathroom, he won't go in there, Wheezie go in there too so if he tries you can detour him," Sarah pointed and Wheezie nodded.
The two girls went into the bathroom and Sarah left Raven's room quickly.
"Sarah, is she here?" Rafe looked at her, fear and sadness in his eyes.
"Who?" She raised her eyebrow.
"Raven, Sarah, what other girl would I fucking run after," Rafe ran his hands through his soaked hair.
"No, she's not, did something happen?" She faked concern and came down the stairs.
"I told her to leave because I was freaking the hell out because of Barry slashing my tire- and I freaked out on her- I need to find her," He let a tear fall and Sarah nodded.
"I'm right here," Raven walked out of her room slowly.
"I thought you said she-" Rafe started, getting angry, but Raven cut him off.
"I climbed through the window," She quickly said.
"Raven, I'm sorry," He looked at her, tears running down his face.
She ran down the stairs and wrapped her arms around him, as he cried into her neck.
"I'm sorry," He sobbed and he just nodded.
"I know," She whispered, and he wrapped his arms around her.
"I love you, I'm so sorry," He cried into her neck and her eyes started to tear up.
"Holy shit you guys are gonna make me cry," Sarah's eyes started to water and she fanned herself.
"I love you," His tears slowly stopped and she pulled away.
"I love you too," She wiped her tears and he cupped her face, causing her to flinch a little.
"I'm so sorry," He started to tear up again because she flinched and he moved his hand, kissing her cheek, "That will never happen again."
"Unless I want it to," She gave a small smile and he let out a chuckle.
"Yeah, unless you want it to," He kissed her forehead and she started to tear up.
"Never push me away like that again, do you hear me?" She scolded him while tears ran down her face.
He just nodded in response, wiping her tears off her face. She leaned in and kissed him and he kissed her back, rubbing her cheek with his thumb.
