The night after the cold plunges video, Me, Nick, Matt, and Chris cleaned up all the water and let the rest dry up.

We all then went to our beds to go to sleep. Well really we don't go to sleep unless we are really tired, we all kind of just hangout in our room and then go to sleep. I think my brothers kind of just play Fortnite or do whatever. I go on instagram, sometimes play Fortnite, and I go on TikTok sometimes.

I decided that i was gonna play some Fortnite for a little bit then go on instagram. I also hate playing Fortnite by myself it's so stressful.

Time skip:

I played Fortnite for an awhile and it got late around 12:54 When I checked the time. I went in my bed and opened instagram on my phone. I then saw a post about the video me and Nick, Matt, and Chris did. It showed a picture that Nick took of all four of us after the cold plunges.

I never really like to check the comments on videos i do with the triplets after the first time I did a video with them, but I decided I was just go. a look at them. (Also Madi was wearing shorts and a short sleeve for the cold plunges video)

TW: Negative body talk

I turned off my phone completely before even reading the last sentence on the seventh comment. I got up and turned on my lights, and went to my mirror. I lifted my shirt to view my stomach.

I guess I kind of did look over 100 pounds. I looked down to my thighs. Were they really that big?

I walked to my vanity and looked in my makeup mirror at my skin. My skin wasn't too bad right? It couldn't have been as bad as that person said it was right?

I was honestly so upset, all thees thoughts in my head I couldn't take it. I turned off all my lights and went to sleep with all thees comments spinning around in my head.
