When I got back to the flat, I sat in the drive way for the longest. Shawn is apparently not backing down from this. He is one stubborn bitch. I decided to text him back. I may regret it, but hey.

'So, Shawn. What will it take for you to leave me alone?'

'Sweet Kayla, there's nothing you can say or do that can stop me. I tried to negotiate, but you wouldn't cooperate. You were never good at listening..... -S'

I HAD to reply to this one. Oh no, he was not getting off like this.

'I was always a good listener, Shawn. You know that. I just chose to not listen. You just won't stop, will you? But it's ok, you'll learn. Eventually.'

My phone got another message back, but I couldn't bring myself to even look at it. I finally got out of my car out of what seemed like a decade. I stepped in the flat and the first person that greeted me was Nathan. "Hey Girly." he said and kissed me on the cheek. "Hey." I barely mustered. "Something wrong?" he asked. "Long day at work, i'm very tired." I whispered. "Ok, go get some rest then love." he gestured. I almost wanted to say, "With pleasure." but I couldn't. I just ran into the bedroom and plopped myself down on the bed. I needed sleep. Badly.

I was standing in an alleyway. The same alleyway Shawn had confronted me and Nathan several nights before. Except, the scene of that night was unfolding in front of me. I was there, but, i wasn't. I tried to get anyone's attention, but everything just ignored me. The scene panned out. I walked straight in front of the other 'me'. I waved my hands around. "Hello??!?! Can anyone hear me!?" I merely screamed. When I said that, everything froze. Everyone stopped and looked around, as if they heard something. But they didn't know were it was coming from. For a split second, the other 'me' glanced at me, as if she could see me. Then it all went black.
