I was waiting patiently for Terrance to call me and let me know he was in Atlanta, they left that night two hours ago so they should be here any minute. I got up pacing my room again trying to keep myself up, I went in the living room and fixed up the couch for Terrance I knew he'd be tired after dealing with Ari all day. I even made him something to eat because he told me to have some food ready. I heard my phone vibrate and went to go check it, it was Terrance.
"Hey"
"Hey we're pulling in now, what apartment?"
"The 4th floor apartment B"
"Okay leave the door unlocked or something I'm too tired to knock" I rolled my eyes.
"Alright" He hung up and I went to go unlock the front door. I waited for the door to open, I hadn't seen Ari in a while so I was excited to see her even though I was pissed at her. I could hear their voices arguing before I even saw them, the door opened and Ari is the first one I saw, she was dressed in a green flannel skirt and a white T shirt, her hair was in a ponytail in the back of her head and she wore green and white Nikes.
"Whatever, this is kidnapping!"
"Not really"
"Where is my mother at?"
"Over there" Ari turned to face me and she crossed her arms trying to act upset, she held the act for a solid minute before breaking down in tears.
"Mama I'm so sorry" She rushed into my arms and I consoled her. Terrance mouth dropped and he rolled his eyes.
"Ain't this bout a bitch. I get called a kidnapper and you get tears" I couldn't do nothing but laugh. "Where my food at?"
"In the microwave, I made up the couch for you so you can sleep"
"Thanks baby mama"
"No problem, thanks for bringing Ari."
"No prob- scratch that, this has been the longest day of my life I'm not doing this shit again" I laughed and lead Ari to my room and closed the door.
"Mama I'm so sorry I just... I don't know what's been going on with me"
