Today was the day of the premier, we had flown out to Chicago earlier that morning and landed an hour ago. Willow found us an Airbnb to stay in, all of our kids, grandkids, and children-in-law were here and I loved having our big family all together in one space. I was in the kitchen leaning on the counter writing down our food order so that Willow and Maya could pick it up. Everyone wanted tacos, so I wrote down the quantity and what kind to order and I was also getting rice and beans. I felt arms wrap around me from behind, but I knew it wasn't my wife the chocolate arms were a dead giveaway.
"Hey Zi Zi." She rested her head on my back and sighed.
"Hi, Mommy."
"How are you feeling?"
"I just got down throwing up everything in my stomach."
"Awe pudding." I turned to the side and rubbed her back. "I'm about to feed you and my grandbaby."
"You're still getting tacos?"
"Yes, you wanted steak right?"
"Yes. Tacos sound so good, hopefully I can keep it down." I rubbed her small belly and she smiled. "Did you ever think I'd get pregnant?"
"I always wanted grandchildren out of you. I know your Mama doesn't want any more girls, but I want a miniature you."
"Me too! She would be the cutest."
"Have you and Mike thought of names?"
"Yeah, but we don't want to say anything until we find out what I'm having."
"Okay." She laid her head on my chest and I hugged her and kissed her cheek. Willow and Maya walked into the kitchen.
"Hi, Mrs B. do you have that list for me?" Willow asked.
"Yes, make sure you and Maya get something as well."
"Okay." They headed towards the door but I hadn't even handed her my card yet.
"Hold on, you have to pay for it."
"Mrs. Taraji gave us hers," Maya said as she held it up. I nodded and they left the house.
"Are you excited that your movie is coming out? Mama I can't believe you are a whole movie star out here."
