Trainer (Sam x Reader)

Summary: AU world where Sam is assigned to be your personal trainer. You accidentally go to the men's showers thinking you're in the women's. Sam finds you naked.

Sam and Y/N have met briefly for the week, talking about her exercise plan. Y/N had body insecurity issues and wanted to lose weight as well as build some muscles.

Sam got Y/N started on some workouts with ten pound weights. He watched as Y/N did some lunges. He focused on her frame and made sure she was in the right positions. He then made her move onto squats. The whole time Y/N was nervous around Sam because, well, he's hot. Sam helped Y/N squat down a bit more so it looked like she was sitting in a chair. "There you go." He says, encouragingly.

After the workouts were over, Y/N had worked up a nice sweat. "Pretty good for the first day!" Sam told her happily. "Your postures are great. Did you like the workout we did today?" He asked her.

Y/N nodded and sipped her water bottle. "Yeah." She says breathlessly.

"Okay, hit the showers and I'll see you in two days." Sam smiles at her. Y/N blushed under his gaze and nodded. She awkwardly said bye and grabbed her bag. She went into one of the locker rooms and saw it was empty.

She hummed as she set her stuff down. She undressed and put on some shower shoes. She stepped into the shower and started to wash her body and hair. She hummed a tune to herself.

Meanwhile, Sam came into the locker room and did a double take. He saw it said "men's" but there was girl stuff set on a bench. He then realized the bag was Y/N's. His eyes widened and checked around if anyone else was in here with her.

He found no one and went to talk to her. He slowly peeled his head in the curtain. He stopped at the sight he saw. Y/N was faced towards him with her eyes closed. Her head underneath the shower as water went all over her body. Her hair was long enough to hide her chest but the rest of her body was exposed. Sam thought she had a really nice figure underneath her clothes. He then needed to pull himself back into reality when he heard someone come into the locker room. He immediately went and grabbed both his and Y/N's things and put them right outside the shower.

He jumped in with her just as she opened her eyes a bit. "Sam?!" She says in a panic, covering herself immediately.

"Shh, someone's here." Sam hushed her. He was being respectful, trying not to look. Y/N felt awkward that her trainer was here, seeing her naked. Sam heard the person exit and let out a breath of relief.

"You do know this is the men's locker room, right?" Sam told her. "If I hadn't been here, who knows what would've happened to you. Men take advantage of women all the time. You need to be careful." Sam told her. Y/N stared at him in awe. He cared for her well-being and made sure she was safe. That warmed her heart.

"Hey Sam." She suddenly spoke up. Sam peeked a little at her. "Would you wanna go on a date sometime after I lose the weight?" She asked him.

"You don't need to lose weight to prove to me you're pretty." Sam told her. Y/N's cheeks blushed red.

"You think I'm pretty?" She asked nervously.

"Who doesn't? You have beautiful long hair, you smell really good, you always have a smile on your face, you're a hard worker, and you're passionate. It's good to have goals but you don't need to overwork yourself. If you really want to lose the weight, we can have you do more light workouts so you can have more fun with it. Eating healthy doesn't always have to exclude your favorite foods too." Sam told her with a smile. "I want you happy with your body." He admits.

"I do too..." Y/N smiles shyly. She hugged her sides a bit more. "Um... so..." She says when it got quiet.

"Right. I should, uh, haha, I'll go now, sorry." Sam stuttered nervously. He got out and smiled to himself. He peeked back in and looked at Y/N. "How about Wednesday at 4PM?" He says.

Y/N turned to him surprised. She smiles. "Okay..." She says.

Sam pulled his head out and closed the curtain. He stood outside the shower protectively so any men didn't bother Y/N.

Y/N couldn't believe Sam wanted a date with her. She tried to shower fast, seeing his feet outside the shower still.
