Another day of school has been accomplished and you headed straight for your locker to grab the books you needed for tonight. Across from your locker was the adorkable Peter Parker who you assumed was going to his locker as well. Boy, were you wrong about that. Instead, he made his way toward you.

“Hey, Y/N.” He greeted as he flashed a smile.

“What’s up?” you asked casually. You try to remain calm despite your sweaty hands and racing heart all due to your giant crush on him. The simple fact that he even is speaking to you surprises you. After all, he hasn't ever spoken to you until now except for the occasional stares in your shared classes that you pass off as nothing.

“Nothing. I just wanted to say hi and…I like your necklace.” he stated. You raise an eyebrow and subconsciously your finger tips touch the small charm on the silver chain.

“Oh well hi and uh thank you. My grandmother gave it to me. It’s quite beautiful, I agree.” You had no idea how much you wanted to mentally slap yourself for thinking that you got too cocky with the necklace, but you managed to keep your cool.

“Like you.” he smiled. Wait. What? Your eyes widened, surprised that Peter Parker, your long time crush, had said you were pretty. No, not pretty, but beautiful. “No I didn’t mean that! Wait, no, I did. I mean.” Peter started to become extremely nervous, and his cheeks were getting more red every time he  opened his mouth.

“What I was trying to say was.. your beautiful in a way because.. Have I ever mentioned how much I loved your eyes?” he continued. You were getting confused by the minute, but you decided to play along.

“No…”

“Because your eyes are pretty they remind me of my Aunt May’s.” he said thinking he got his cool back together.

“So.. I remind you of your Aunt May?” His eyes widen greatly and you could practically hear him thinking 'Mission abort! Mission abort!'

‘What?! No listen. I uhhh.. well. You see the thing is…” You could tell he was trying to find a way for the words to come out, but you knew that was gone take forever so you took matters into your own hands. You placed your hands on both sides of his face, and gave him a kiss; hoping he would stay quiet.

“I kinda figured. I like you too, and I’d love to go out with you. Pick me up Friday at 8. Is that good for you?” you asked sweetly though secretly surprised you could come off so straight forward. You smile and mentally give yourself a high five. Peter looked at you speechless this time and nodded.

“Yeah that’s good. Yeah. I’ll be there.” When he thought left, Peter started to do his happy dance. "Yes!" You laugh from around the corner making him stop, embarrassed, but still smiling like the adorable idiot he is.
