I don't remember telling you guys this so in order to make it official, I'm putting it here.
For once, I have an idea for Vex Hybrids that isn't silly or anything.
I have an idea as to what their wings do when they're not seeing use.

Soooo basically, they turn into tattoos on the Hybrid's back. Allow me to elaborate. Vex wings are tattered and broken, (as can be seen in comparison to the allay's wings) meaning they are fragile and need protection. So They kinda meld into the Hybrid's skin. They look like pearly white markings outlined/accented with very pale, sickly light blues. Scar's are visible when he doesn't have a shirt on, obviously from the back, but also a little on the sides and front bcs the tips of his wings poke out across his shoulders. Cub tends to keep his more hidden, but they poke out a little on his sides, were he also not wearing a shirt for some reason. The Skulk cannot cover them, but it does leave little dots across the wings. The wings remain functional either way. They glow when Cub or Scar are experiencing one of(or more of)the following: Intense emotions(usually fear or anger) intense hunger/instinctual impulses, or are under the influence of an Evoker. The Vex wings taking physical form are a sign that they are no longer themselves, and the person should run. Scar, unwilling to be a threat, takes extreme care to avoid allowing his wings take form, as does Cub. They worked very hard to be safe.
