Darrick's POV

He looks at it with a disgusted expression, but he shifts to his wolf form again and he decides to eat a bit of the meat.

His bite is very reluctant, but it seems that he likes the meat, because he takes another bite.

I watch him as he eats the deer, and I decide to not say anything for now, because I don't want him to stop eating.

"Was it good?" I ask him, when he's in his human form again.

"It wasn't as bad as I thought that it will be, but I still prefer the human food." He tells me.

I sigh tiredly, but to decide to not say anything to that, I already learned to not argue with stupid people.

In my former pack, if I don't know when to stop arguing, then I ended up with painful bruises.

"Well, let's go find the pack that you were talking about." I say, and he nods slightly.

We shift again, and I decide to follow him, hoping that he knows where he's going.

We stop for a while about an hour later, so we can drink some water from the lake which we found on our way.

I decide to shift to my human form again, so Lewis does the same, and he sits next to me.

"How long will we have to run to reach the pack that you mentioned?" I ask him, and he shrugs.

"You're pretty slow, so about two hours, or maybe a bit longer." He responds.

I nod slightly, before I lay down, and I rest my head on his naked tight.

He tenses up, and I wonder why, because I used to lay like this with other people, and they liked it.

"I think that you should move your head from my leg." Lewis says, so I look at him slightly.

He's looking at the lake, and he has an embarrassed expression on his face, which make me frown.

"Why?" I ask him curiously.

"If you can't see that, then I think that you're blind or something." He tells me, and I frown even more.

I sit up, and I look around to find what he's talking about, but I can't see anything that could make him embarrassed.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." I tell him.

"It doesn't matter." He says, but I can see that now his hand is covering the long part of him that's between his legs.

"Do you want some help with that?" I ask him, because people in my pack often expected me to help them with their long parts.

"I think that I will be fine." He says.

I look at him for a long moment, before I decide to sit on his lap.

His body tenses under me again, and I smile slightly.

"Let me help." I say, which makes him look at me.

We state at each other for a long while, and then he nods reluctantly, so I give him a kiss, and I make him lay on his back.
