Darrick's POV
Lewis came back first, and he quickly noticed that I'm not very happy, so he decided that we will go on a run, and he didn't care when I told him that I don't want to do it.
So, that's how I ended up somewhere in the middle of the woods, in my wolf form, with Lewis by my side.
We're still running through the woods, but I have no idea for how long I will have to run.
Because Lewis decided to ignore me every time that I asked him about it.
To be honest, I never really cared about how small my wolf is, because the rogues liked it a lot.
But I can see that some of the people from this pack look disgusted when they seem my wolf form.
They're say that the rogues are stupid and that they're disgusting, but I'm pretty sure that some of the people from this pack are a lot worse.
I can't say that the rogues were nice, but they never made me feel as unwelcome as I sometimes feel here.
I have to stop thinking when I run into something.
I look up, and I quickly realise that it's Lewis, who must have stopped running for some reason.
"Why aren't you running?" I ask him.
"I ran in that direction." He says, and he points to his left. "But you just kept running straight, so I had to stop you." He explains.
"Sorry." I say, and he nods his head, even though it looks weird when he doesn't it as a wolf.
"Are you alright?" He asks me.
"I'm fine. Can we go back now?" I ask him.
"That's what I wanted to do." He says.
"Great." I say happily, and I start to run in the direction that he pointed to.
When we reach the house, I can we that Devonte and Wren are talking with the instructor that was trying to train with me earlier.
"Put some clothes on, and come here for a moment." Wren tells me, so I sigh tiredly, but I decide to do it anyway.
Thankfully, Lewis and I left out clothes behind the house.
We go there, and I shift to my human form, before I put my clothes on, while Lewis looks at me the whole time.
"Why didn't you shift?" I ask him, and his eyes widen.
I chuckle slightly, because it seems that he didn't even realise that he was staring at me.
"Don't worry, I don't mind." I assure him, and then I pet his head, which makes him growl at me playfully.
I leave him, and I go towards the front of the house, where the three men are still talking.
"Hey." I say to gain their attention.
"Did you skip the training?" Papa asks, and I shrug.
"I went to the training, but I had to get out of there, because he was glaring at me.
And he wanted me to do more than I was able to do." I say, and I make sure to point at the man who looks at me with an unimpressed expression.
"Quincy does a lot more than this, and he survives." The man says.
"He isn't an Omega." I say, and the man just rolls his eyes, but he quickly notices that both Devonte and Wren agree with me.
