Darrick's POV
Devonte sighs, but it seems that he knows that he won't be able to control himself if he will see his eldest son anytime soon, so he follows Tareek without arguing.
"Do you know what happened?" Wren asks me and I shake my head.
"I saw that they were arguing, but I couldn't hear anything." I say.
"Tareek said that Logan should finally grow up, and then he pushed him. That's all that I heard." Lewis says.
Wren sighs with annoyance, before he takes a few deep breaths.
I guess that he's preparing himself for seeing his son again.
"Can I go with you to talk with Logan?" I ask him, and he nods.
"Yes, I'm sure that it will help me stay calm." Wren says, and then he gestures for me to follow him.
Lewis and some of the guards comes with us too, but the guards stay outside of Logan's house, while the rest of us walk inside of the house without knocking.
We find Logan in the living room, and he's holding his son tightly, while Henry looks at us with a tired expression.
"Did he tell you what happened?" Devonte asks him, and Henry nods.
"Logan went to the pack house to talk with Devonte, because Steel threatened him.
He was angry when he was walking though the pack house, and Tareek stopped him.
Logan said that he told Tareek that he has to talk with Devonte about Steel, and Tareek told him that he should stop complaining about Steel, and that he should finally grow up.
And it made Logan even more angry, so he told Tareek that he's the one that should grow up, so he decided to push him.
But he wasn't intending to do it this harshly, and he's sorry now." Henry explains.
"Well, he shouldn't have pushed him, and he will have to face consequences for it now." Wren says, before he goes towards Logan.
I stop him, and he looks at me with a frown, but he decides to not touch Logan for now.
"Why didn't Steel threaten him?" I ask Henry, and he sighs tiredly, before he sits on the couch, and he rests his forehead on his palm.
"I'm not even sure. Logan just said something about him threatening to tell everyone some lies to make him look bad." Henry says, so I turn to Logan for explanation.
"Steel said that if I won't find time for more training, then he will tell everyone that he saw that I was trying to force myself on someone.
And that I threatened that I will kick them out of the pack when I will become an Alpha if they won't sleep with me.
But I can't make any more time for the training because this would mean that I wouldn't be able to spend time at my house, so I went straight to Papa." Logan says.
"Well, I will tell Devonte about this, but you still have to have a punishment for hurting your father, because he didn't do anything to you." Wren says.
He takes the baby from Logan's hands, and he gives them to Henry, before he gestures for Logan to get on his knees.
I decide to leave the room when I see that Wren is taking his belt off, and Lewis follows me with Sinclair in his arms.
