"I think it should be red"

"we should put both red and white flowers"

"yeah and Yuvraj said it will be colourful in the garden"

"that's good idea"

The excitement for the Swayamvar that will be held tomorrow is too much with the palace being decorated while workers, maids and servants keep hurrying, here to there.

Being one of the most most powerful Rajya of Aryavarta, the demand to have the most beautiful and biggest Swayamvar for the only Princess of Hastinapur is nothing abnormal instead it only made the Elders of the palace happy including the bride, who is currently roaming around, all smiling and giggling while looking at the preparation and arrangements that has her brothers working on it too.

Smiling to herself Dushala walk around the palace, running and jumping through corridor to corridor until her eyes caught two figures near the corridor railing as she step closer lightly only to find it is her two brothers - the archer, Panduputra and Yuvraj of Hastinapur. Both seems to be standing as Arjuna is doing nothing but leaning against the pillar behind him while duryodhana is looking at the papers, it looks normal from outside as if they are not doing anything but after a moment, Arjuna commented something which Dushala of course couldn't hear while duryodhana's confused expression changed into scowl as he look at Arjuna who just shrugged.

This all was too much shocking for Dushala as she blinked, wide eyed looking at her two brothers who has never talked to each other nor have even looked unless it is to yell or become angry at each other, talking to each other now like they have no wall in between from childhood. Despite the scene in front of her, Dushala can't help but to smile sadly, if only her brothers can truly become close to each other and she truly hope it will happen even if not now.

Turning around she walk forward while being in her thoughts not realising when she collided to someone until she look up to notice who is the person who just steadied her by grabbing her shoulders.

"bhrata Yudhishtir!"

"hello Dushala, where are you going?"

"just looking at everything. Well, guess what I witnessed just now?" Dushala asked as yudhishtir see how her eyes wander around, dramatically cautious before she lean forward making yudhishtir bend a little so that she can whisper in her ears, already knowing her daily tactics as she whispers "I just saw Bhrata Arjuna and Bhrata duryodhana talking in the front corridor"

Dushala grinned looking at her brother expecting for him to be surprised but her expression changed into confused one when she saw how calm and neutral yudhishtir is looking while his umber iris seems to be vanished for a moment before it become normal making her worried too but yudhishtir only smile as he pat her head gently only to leave from there, precipitously.

It was all too much confusing but Dushala shrugged thinking her brothers know how to take care of themselves but sometimes they can be idiots and she knows that does not include yudhishtir at all.

Walking towards the room, she look around finding the near area empty before entering the room to lock the door from inside, going towards the drawer which is completely stuck by the extravagant amount of folded small letters as she took the first one in front. Closing the drawer, she opened the letter while walking towards her bed to lay down comfortably as she read the letter.

I can't write my feelings since I am not
good with them but I wish to see you soon so
that I can show you.

-Yours

Squealing, Dushala rolled on the bed, hugging the letter to her chest as a dreamy Sigh left her lips making her hit her own forehead.

"Dushala!" She muttered, scolding herself while still having smile on her face as look at the letter again before banging her head on the pillow, hiding her flushed face.

Their is no word that can describe her feeling of having too many emotions at a time but she can't help but to feel giddy much more as tomorrow she will see him.

Him, whose face she has never seen, whose voice she has never heard, about whom she does not about anything except him being King of Nishadha and him being close friend of Karna, the only thing she knows about him by herself is his handwriting from letters that he has sent her which no one knows except her, him and karna.

She feels happy that, that day she opened karna's letter to peek inside otherwise they wouldn't had been here, loving each other without knowing much about each other except Identity and the place where they live.

Looking at the ceiling, Dushala felt her breath hitching realising tomorrow they will meet each other for the first time, face to face and he has promised that he will win the Swayamvar..........for her.

God! There is no word that can describe her feeling and she doubt if she would be able to explain her family too that how they both love each other when they have never meet each other in real life and are living in the imagination................maybe their first meeting would be beyond imagination too.

Though it still that does not change the fact that they would had never talked to each other through letters nor would had even known about each other's existence............from this close, if she wouldn't had decided to prank karna that day.
