"welcome Kunti"
"Pranipat jiji"
"Pranipat Mata"
"sadasukhi raho putro, come inside"
Gandhari says, noticing dushasana walking in the corridor as she called him.
"putra dushasana"
Immediately jumping from the railing, dushasana walk towards his mother with enthusiasm only for his steps to slow down when he notice the presence of five warrior brothers as he pressed his lips tightly shut while taking blessing from Rajmata.
"Ji matashree"
"show your brothers, their rooms"
Dushasana nodded, completely unfazed as he walk forward with Pandavas behind him before stopping in front of the corridor pointing at the rooms at the corners while saying "these all will be your rooms"
The Pandavas went towards each royal rooms, staring until they hear "if need something.........then call maids" as they watch dushasana going from there, nonchalantly like as if their presence didn't annoyed him or angered him. Maybe because it was known that they will come early since it is a family function and they are family.............so called family.............
-------------------------------------------------
"bhratashree!!" Dushasana's yell pierced duryodhana's ears as he winced lightly before looking at his brother.
"hmm?"
"Pandavas came" Oh...........
"I see, so?"
"I showed them their rooms"
"OK?......Good" It doesn't even matter to duryodhana since he has no interest in knowing about them nor he is going to greet them. His routine is to stay in his room and in office for two weeks, just two weeks and everything will be back on track though not like it is not on track right now, just on a different track from what he assumed-
"-shree"
-beside from what his routine is until the wedding complete is definitely occupied cause of having-
"-tashree"
-coronation and wedding at the same time. Not forgetting that karna is also going to be Samrat officially and Ashwatthama is also going to be officially known King of Matsya and Kashi-
"bhratashree!!"
"huh?" Looking up from the object of his ponder, duryodhana found concerned expression on his younger brother's face making duryodhana feel something, a warm yet gut right feeling that his brother has grown up so much. It shouldn't matter so much considering he is 28 years old and dushasana is just one month younger than him but again, usually a King would get marry after 30 years old just near 30 but his mother though that duryodhana would need support as he is going to be King now and that's why she decided to get him married..........unlike dushasana who refused to get marry in this life. Dushasana is a kid who has always followed, not like others didn't but he is the only one who has courage to question duryodhana's choice unlike other kauravas who either hesitates or does not question.
"are you okay?"
"yes, you should go now"
"Ji bhratashree"
"Don't forget to take rest" The third voice entered taking both brothers attention as they look towards the door from where their youngest is peaking inside.
"virjasa"
"bhratashree" Virjasa bowed his head politely, acknowledging duryodhana's call before looking towards dushasana "bhrata dushasana, Maa is calling you"
Dushasana nodded, walking outside room as Virjasa look towards duryodhana again, saying "it was for you" before leaving from there as duryodhana sat confused until he remembered.
"don't forget to take rest"
Well, his brothers have truly grown up and might they have but for duryodhana they will still be his younger brothers who once he has taken care of and will continue until end.
It makes him remind of the childhood time when his brothers were spoiled or more like dushasana was spoiled beyond limit, why? Cause of his jealousy towards Panduputras that makes him demand everything they had until karna came and God gave blessing that duryodhana became friends with karna that day otherwise................
It is because of karna that they have grown up otherwise they would had remained spoiled and inside the small box. Karna showed them a new place, where they don't need luxury to stay happy nor they need to become like others cause whether desert or ocean, both are important part of the world. It is as if karna has opened a new world for them and he did, that's why now they have changed so much, at least their temper, thoughts and behaviour definitely have changed that duryodhana is happy about this.
They only thing that now matter for duryodhana is to see his family happy and safe including his cherish ones like a sister he never though he would have other than Dushala, vrushali, his three close friends, Mata Kripi who care about him like her own child and he absolutely wants all of them to be happy, no matter what it takes.
"what are they doing?" Duryodhana muttered after hearing noise from down as he went towards the window only to find some of his brothers playing in the empty area in two groups, dodging the ball that is getting thrown towards them by the opposite group as they ran here and there while yelling, screaming and laughing with no care of world, just staying in their own bubble of happiness.
In all honesty, the only thing that duryodhana felt is fuzzy feeling. Noticing more now, he realised that his brothers has learned to take care of themselves by their own, they have grown up completely but it didn't stopped him from remembering the time when they would come to whine to him about cheating or winner of opposite group or how the work/study is hard for them.
He can't explain this feeling cause he was never good with emotions but right now having his chest tighten up at the thought of remembering the last time he spent his day with brothers which was years ago...........'years' the word itself tells so much and he can't help but to wish if he could bring back those days when they used to spend at least a small moment together, no matter how much he got annoyed by the, he can't lie that it is not something he doesn't want, a moment of time with his family.
"yuvraj, these papers"
But for now, maybe he should focus on work.
