The amount of silence in this room was surprising to say the least. You'd think they'd have something to say after what I just did, and how easily I was about to incompassitate one of them without moving or touching them.
"You know what the difference between heroes and villains are?" I asked once the silence was unbearable, and they just stared at me slightly confused by where I was going with this.
"The difference is the person telling the story. Us heroes and you villains are not so different. We've all got hopes and dreams, it's just what actions you make to achieve them. That's the difference between the two. You want to be seen and not judged yet you have thought by seeing someone's actions that you could make them switch sides,"
"What kind of shit are you on about?" Touya finally asked but Katsuki smiled over at me, knowing where I was going with this. Not only was I hitting them with hard truths, but I was also buying us time for the heroes to find us.
"Everyone saw how Katsuki reacted to winning the festival. Thinking that his personality and reaction looked like he could have villainous intentions. What you don't understand was that he was upset of winning unfairly. Most people might've been thrilled to win so easily, but for Kat, it meant he didn't earn it as he never got the chance to prove that he could. He won unfairly, a tell tail sign of where his heart lies," I explained and they looked stunned at the revelation I just shot at them.
"How are you so philosophical all of a sudden?" Caillou wondered, thinking over what I said.
"It's her mending quirk you damn extra. It makes her empathize with people, seeing the different sides of them so she can make them feel better if they're hurt," Katsuki says rolling his eyes, thinking these guys must be stupid or something. Touya was about to say something when there was a knock on the door. A voice called out pizza from behind it. I chuckled knowing what that meant, we were about to be saved.
All Might smashed through the door with a big smash, before the villains had time to react they were captured by Kamui Woods. Thick tree roots holding them in place, just in case they wanted to try something.
"Thank goodness you're both alright. You must've been so scared, but never fear because I AM HERE!" All Might says turning to us, a look of relief now adorned my face. Thank god they showed up, I didn't know how much longer I could stall. Katsuki would've had to resort to fighting.
"WHAT ARE YOU GOING ON ABOUT I WASN'T SCARED!" Kat went full Bakugo mode by screaming at the hero but I could tell from the look in his eyes that he was thankful for the man showing up. Just then Edgeshot slid his way through the crack of the door, opening it to reveal loads of armed forces.
"Calm down Katsuki," I say, gently taking his hand. Rubbing my thumb across his knuckles, and now that we were safe, he pulled me into his arms. Holding on tight, like I might slip away from him. If only Shoto were here to comfort both of us.
Shigaraki and All Might were talking as Edgeshot used his quirk to knock out Kurogiri so their chances of escaping were limited. All Might was holding onto Katsuki's arm when all of a sudden there were these different kind of warp gates, and the two of us got sucked into it. Taking us away from the safety of the heroes.
We were now in a destroyed building, as some pro heroes were incapacitated by us. That was when the rest of the villains also got warped to where we are. This was the first time I broke down as I felt tears falling down my cheeks. Katsuki pulled me closer, arms wrapped tightly around my back.
"Don't cry babe, we'll get out of this. We'll get back to everyone, including Shoto," he soothed me, his voice very soft and comforting. Even going as far as using Shoto's name over the nickname he preferred.
There was this man standing before us, he was wearing a mask on his face. I pulled my face from Kat's chest as I looked over at the man, eyes widened when I saw him. This had to be All For One, I've heard my mother talking about him to Endeavor over the years. So this was the master behind the league of villains.
"Such a lovely face, your quirks would make an asset to my team," he says stepping forward, reaching out to touch my face. However Bakugo shot off a blast at him, daring him to even try.
"Lay a finger on her and I'll kill you!" He screamed, face getting red with anger and he pulled me behind him. More tears were falling down my face at this point, and for once I was terrified. Shaking like a scared animal about to be eating by a predator.
Just then All Might flew in, smashing into All For One at max power but the villain held the pro hero back like it was nothing. The impact creating a massive surge of wind, making everyone get thrown back. This snapped me back to my senses as I made sure Kat and I didn't take much impact.
We rolled slightly, me landing on top of him. His arms slid around my waist as my hands were placed on both sides of his head.
"Are you alright?" I asked, voice dripping with concern, he nodded before getting up. That's when All For One smashed All Might into a building making a massive crater in the area. He also activated warp dudes quirk telling the others to get away. But there was no way Bakugo and I were going to let them take us, again.
We both were in fighting positions as all of them began attacking. Either with their quirks or knives, blasts were fired off as Bakugo dodged a slash from Edward Cullen wannabe. As I grabbed Twice with a vine and flung him across the area.
The ground shook as it began splitting open, then morphing around the feet of Spinner and Magne. But the rock prisons didn't hold them long before they broke free. It was looking bad for us as we were almost surrounded.
However just as I was about to lose all hope there was a huge smashing sound and suddenly Izuku, Kiri and Iida were flying towards us, up a steep slope of ice. Right over our heads as All For One tried to fire at them, but All Might stopped the villain.
Kiri had his had held out, begging Katsuki to come on. My boyfriend grabbed me around the waist, pulling me close and I wrapped my arms around his neck. My legs going around his waist as I used a vine to hold us in place.
He jumped, firing off a big explosion just before Caillou could reach for us, and I also helped propel us along as we shot towards our friends. Kat grabbing Kirishima's hand and Iida tried giving the boy instructions, getting the usual reply of "STOP TELLING ME WHAT TO DO!" But like usual listened to the class rep anyway.
We managed to land and were now standing in front of the station. Everyone was watching the news screens as the final fight was being broadcasted.
This is where All Might was about to take his last stand....
