Chapter 42

The whole world felt like it stopped as everyone was gathered around. Watching the fight unfold right before us on the tv. A breath hitched in my throat as I stood in between Kat and Zuku, looking at a deflated looking All Might, it was like his power just vanished. Yet even in this weakened sort of state, he clenched his fist ready to fight All For One.

I felt Zuku clutching tightly onto my arm as he watched his idol looking so broken, tears formed at the corner of his eyes. I rubbed his arm absentmindedly, hand glowing slightly as I continued watching along with the rest of the square. Destruction could be heard in the distance, it was the only sound we had as the broadcast didn't have any audio.

It was then I noticed a few of the other pros were showing up at the scene to help, my mother included. I flinched when I saw her there, standing next to Endeavor as they encouraged All Might to never give up. Good thing I was great at reading lips, but it also shocked me to see Endeavor do something like that. I didn't think he even had it in him.

People around us all began cheering the hero on, urging him to keep fighting even if it was his last final fight. And from the look of the man, I think it might be. It was as if his quirk was fading, like he didn't have much access to the power anymore, which was strange.

My friends were also cheering on, but I stood in silence not sure I could voice my encouragement on the matter. Part of me was still in shock after everything that happened, it was all too much to process at this moment in time. Which was a first for me.

All Might seemed to get a final surge of power as he attacked All For One. Creating a big explosion that could rival Kat to be honest. Even though he looked like he was on deaths doorstep, our teacher prevailed in taking down All For One, meaning he still had it in him to be heroic, even in that form. It felt like days passed when I finally released the breath I had held.

We began walking away as police were evacuating the area and as we turned to walk away All Might pointed at the camera.

"Now it's your turn," he says as the people around us cheered more, thinking he was talking about criminals and villains who dared to pick a fight. However it felt like he was talking to us, and more specifically Izuku, who seemed to also think that as he began crying hysterically.

I pulled him into my arms, letting him cry into my chest as I rubbed his back in circles. Kat was watching us, but not out of jealousy, he looked sympathetic and worried for the boy. Like seeing All Might might've broken Deku's candid and fighting spirit. We were all ushered from the scene as we made our way to find the pros in case they were looking for Kat and I.

As we walked Kat and I were silent, not sure how to deal with everything that went down. But we did walk hand in hand, sort of forgetting that we were with our friends, who still didn't know about us.

In the distance my eyes met with Shoto's as he was walking with Momo, probably coming to meet up with the rest of us. I knew he had helped us escape but it was nice Momo was here as well. I nudged Kat with my elbow and he looked over at me. Taking his eyes off the pavement for the first time since we started walking.

My head nodded ahead of us and he casted his gaze where I pointed with my eyes. Taking in our boyfriend who was stood still now, eyes wide upon seeing us. A smile formed on Kat's face as he rushed forward taking me along with him. Shoto came out of his shock, rushing to meet us.

Wasting no time in pulling the two of us into his chest, clinging on for dear life. We each nestled our faces into either side of his neck, wrapping arms around his waist.

After lifting our heads up to look at him my lips were captured by his. Soft and gentle like he might break me, then he quickly moved to Kat's. He squeezed us tighter as he kissed us, not wishing for us to be taken from him again.

"What did I just witness?" The confused voice of Iida hit my ears causing us to break apart. Looking over at the stunned faces of Iida and Momo. Deku and Kiri didn't seem so confused by it. But we were so caught up in our reunion that we had revealed our secret to some of our friends.

"Shit!" I stated feeling my cheeks redden as I looked at the four of them. Momo looked shaken just a tad as she sighed.

"Man I owe Midoriya and Kirishima 100 yen now," she huffed crossing her arms in disbelief.

"You guys were betting on us?" Shoto asked confused as Zuku and Kiri smirked at eachother.

"The whole class basically is. Kouda told me a few days before camp started," I replied, and I was going to tell them but after everything that went down there hadn't been a good time. Iida still looked so confused by everything.

"Well I knew since exams ended. I overheard you three in the infirmary. But kept quiet as I didn't want to ruin the moment and I kept it to myself this whole time," Zuku admits shyly, his cheeks dusted pink from embarrassment.

"And I basically figured it out during the I-island adventure just didn't say anything thing. Thinking you wanted to wait before going public," Kiri stated with a big smile, it made me smile that both respected our wishes even without fully knowing them.

"Three people dating? How does that even work?" Iida asked trying to process everything. I could see the cogs turning in his head as I giggled.

"It's simple Iida. They both have feelings for me, whilst also eachother and I have feelings for both of them," I explained it in the easiest way possible, and he began understanding it.

"So you don't get jealous of eachother over another?" He asked wanting to understand fully.

"No, not over eachother at least. However towards others at times, but it usually doesn't bother us," Shoto adds and this whole time Kat was still silent.

That fight involving All Might really seemed to take a toll on him. He was being very timid, as he was now clutching onto Shoto. We left the discussion there as they took us to the station where we were questioned. They had already left, so it was just us on the ride home.

He refused to leave my side, as he pleaded for me to stay with him. I texted my mother who didn't have a problem with it. And I got to meet his parents, I could see where he got his personality from. His mother was just as hot headed as him, whilst his dad played mediator between them.

They also seemed to already know about Shoto and I dating their son, and didn't have any problems with it. Which was lovely. It was nice they accepted us, we'd have to tell my parents soon. They would accept it as well, it was Endeavor who wouldn't really. Not that he'd do anything to keep us apart or he'd face the wrath of my mom.

Hopefully it didn't come down to that......
