Chapter 34

The sun was shinning brightly through the big window that overlooked the back garden. A gentle breeze blew past as I gathered up all my things, placing them neatly into my bag. I hummed to myself as I prepared everything, and double checking to see if I had missed something.

A shadow casted over me, and I turned seeing the tall frame of my father standing there. He was dressed in scrubs, holding my brother on his hip.

"Darling I've got called into work. You don't mind taking Lycan with you to the pool, Marietta is on holiday so we've got no sitter," he asks with a pleading look. Knowing that I would never deny spending more time with my baby brother.

"Of course dad it's alright. I'm sure everyone would love seeing him again, especially Mina," I replied as Lycan giggled. Dad put him down and he wobbled over to me, hands outstretched. Happy when I picked him up.

Dad set his diaper bag down by the door, coming into the room. He pecked both of our foreheads.

"Thanks Drea, have a good day you guys," he said then rushed out the door. Leaving us alone in my room, and I quickly gathered the rest of our stuff then began the walk over to school. The girls and I had filled out forms to use the pool during the summer for relaxing, so we were going to make the most of it before heading to camp.

The walk to campus wasn't long, as it was a lovely day. It was nice to relax for awhile, after the whole I-island thing that went down. Scanning my ID, I walked up to the roof top pool, with Lycan on my shoulders. He was happily giggling away up here. Making my hair into a bird's nest, as his tiny fingers sifted through it.

Turns out I was the first one here, so I used the changing room to get into my bikini, and put a swim diaper on Lycan. Changing him into his little swim trunks, and making sure his floaties were secure on his arms, and his life jacket was secured well.

"Spash spash," he cooed as I stepped out to the edge of the pool. He patiently sat on the side while I got into the cool water, then I grabbed him. Dunking him into the water as he giggled before beating his hands on the surface of the water.

"Yeah splash splash," I smiled, watching him closely, splashing him back gently. The sound of his giggles filled the open air, followed along with mine. We played around for awhile, then the other girls had arrived in their matching swim suits. I guess mine was out of place, but it wasn't a big deal.

"Awe we have a special guest," Mina cooed clapping her hands together as they all gathered around. We were just gossiping, and playing with Lycan.

"Yeah our dad got called to work so big sissy has a plus one," I explained, giggling as Lycan tried swimming on his back. Tsu had placed her hands under his back, and was floating him along. Making him think he was doing it himself.

"This little sweetheart is invited to any of our future hangouts, if need be," Jirou says with a big smile, which warmed my heart. So glad that they were fond of him already.

I was swimming a few laps as the others played with my brother. Throwing him up into the air and Tsu catching him with her tongue, or Ochako floating him up as Momo created things for him to play with.

As I reached the end of the pool close to the access door, it opened as all the guys walked out in swim trunks and holding towels. I guess they all asked for access to the pool as well.

"Raya," Lycan's voice hit my ears as I smiled and turned around. He was floating high above the pool, gliding towards me. When he was in line, Ochako released him and he fell into my arms. Giggling away as I lifted him above my head, swaying him around as he made airplane noises.

He was giggling happily until his eyes locked onto something. A gasped escaped his lips, and I brought him down to rest on my hip. He was looking behind me, hands reaching out over my shoulders.

"Sho Sho! Suki!" He called out as he noticed my boyfriend's standing off with the other guys. My parents still didn't know about us, but both were around a lot so of course Lycan took a liking to them. "RiRi!" He also added upon seeing the spiky red head.

I lifted him up on to the side of the pool, before pushing myself out. Heating the area around me so the water droplets evaporated off my skin.

As my brother was walking over to them, he held his little hands out in front of him. When suddenly the water on the floor began to extend as it blasted Mineta, who was ogling at me, smack dab in the face. I gasped as I rushed over to Lycan, he was looking round in wonder.

Looking for the source of the water attack, and I could see the guys watching us. The girls seemed to have gone quiet on their end as well.

"He just..." I started to say as my jaw hung open in shock. As Lycan was staring at a puddle right by Shoto, lifting his tiny hand up slowly. The water rose just as his hand did, lining up with his movements.

"He's got a quirk!" I exclaimed, snapping out of it as I clapped. Crouching before my baby brother, a proud look on my face.

"Irk Irk!" He cheered waving his hands around and water began moving all around us. Everyone stood there shocked, as the girls rushed over cheering my water bending brother on as he exerted excitement.

"He's hydrokenetic," Shoto pointed out the name for the quirk, slightly laughing at water attacking Mineta again, in fact it seemed to be only going after the creepy dude.

"Ok little dude, now is a good time to turn it off. At least for now," Kirishima states crouching next to me and my brother looked at him with curious eyes.

"Off," he sighs gently closing his hand into a fist and the water stopped.

"Nicely done Ly," I congratulated him, ruffling his wet hair as he continued on his way to Shoto and Katsuki. Happy to see the boys again, he really liked watching them show off their quirks.

I guess now he has one of his own to show off. I'm happy to have been able to witness such a momentous occasion......
