I'm putting my usual gibberish that would be right here at the end, because I have some more important news! Someone made me fanart!!!! Kyaaah, I know, it's so exciting, you can find it on Tumblr, which is in my profile, so go check it out! An awesome artist drew it based on one of the scenes in this book, so I decided to hold on revealing the news on any other books, because I wanted it to be this one. So yeah, go check it out!!! And for the artist, thank you so much!!! Now let's continue with the chapter.

The wind was going wild, like it couldn't decide what direction it should blow from. (y/n) was on his knees on the floor, Cole squatting next to him. Kai's arms were crossed and his brows were furrowed as he gave glances to the two ninja.

But upon Nya's call, everyone turned their heads to the monitor, which showed Morro on a dragon flying towards them.

"That's... That's my dragon." (y/n) muttered under his breath as he glanced at the monitor from where he was still on the floor. Cole, who was still holding his hand, looked between the camera and (y/n) with worry, but could only give (y/n)'s hand a gentle and reassuring squeeze. Meanwhile Jay spoke up with a confident:

"Well not anymore!"

The dragon really was similar. It wasn't clear, almost invisible like (y/n)s was. It was a bright, glowing, green. Otherwise, it looked the same. The sharp claws, the horns, everything. It possessed the same eerie aura, yet it looked a hundred times more unsettling.

"Take positions." Wu ignored the blue ninja as he called out, and quickly the red, white, and blue ninjas rushed to the main deck with Wu, Nya stayed on the ships wheel and Cole pulled (y/n) up before grabbing his other hand too.

"Let's get you under the deck." Cole proposed right away and headed towards the main deck too, but (y/n) didn't move an inch.

"Why? I can fight, like always." (y/n) said, but his face showed that joining the fight was something he shouldn't do. Not with the way his head was messed up.

"I know, just not right now-" Cole tried to speak in a softer tone, loosening his grip on (y/n)'s hands but not letting go.

"Ninja never quit, Cole. I-" (y/n) cut him off, but the (f/c) ninja was cut off himself as Cole finally let go, instead gripping onto (y/n)'s shoulders tight.

"Just do it for me, okay?! We can talk about this later, so...!" His soft tone disappeared as he shook (y/n) lightly, before calming down and ending the conversation with: "...Please?"

Nya didn't even turn their way, noting the conversation in her head while pretending she hadn't even heard it.

"...No." (y/n) answered after a few seconds, rushing out to the main deck with Cole rushing after him, the two arriving just in time to hear another exposition from Wu.

"Morro won't stop until he gets what he's after. There's a secret message engraved on it. All these years, I had no idea." Wu spoke, referring to the staff he was holding.

The one he was talking to, Jay, let out a scoff before speaking up.

"Of course. Ha, just another day in Ninjago."

"If this is as fast as the Bounty goes, I think we're in for some serious trouble." Cole said as the team looked over to the glowing green dragon circling the Bounty, but not for long.

The dragon suddenly headed directly towards the Bounty, disappearing moment before it would have crashed into the ship, leaving Morro to land down onto the deck with a laugh.

This time he was armed with two glowing swords, and he had pulled a torn black and green mask over his face, there really was no way of mistaking him for Lloyd now.
