'The Temple on the Haunted Hill', the episode of fears, destiny and sadness. I hope you enjoy it.

Dear diary, wait, no, I don't even have a diary.

Anyways... why do I have to be the water ninja?! This is so stupid! Pointless! FRUSTRATING!!! I'm supposed to be Samurai X, helping the others defeat Morro and get Lloyd back, but no! Instead I'm here, doing this stupid-

"Nya, Concentrate." Wu's voice broke Nya out of her thoughts.

Nya didn't want to listen, but she did, "Focus on reversing the flow. Become the water, Nya. Embrace it. You can control it. Become the Water Ninja..." Wu trailed off, waiting, eyes locked on the small droplets of water as they dropped down onto the rock under them.

After a moment, the droplets seized from falling. Wu let out a gasp, but it died down as soon as he saw Nya had only placed her hand beneath the water, catching the droplets in her own hand.

Wu's face turned to a disappointed one as Nya shook the water off of her hand.

"I'm not the Water Ninja. I'm a Samurai! I'm afraid my friends are in trouble, and I won't be there to help." Nya exaggerated her words with hand movements.

"We don't even know for sure if I have the power, so if everyone is waiting for me to discover I'm some sort of Water Ninja, "Nya didn't notice it herself, But Wu of course saw as a lily pads floating on top of the water all around Nya silently drifted a bit closer to her. "Maybe we've got a problem!"

Suddenly Misako popped up behind Wu, "And maybe we have an even bigger one." She said, before motioning back to the tea shop. Wu and Nya, both confused and curious, followed Misako back to the shop before coming face to face with Ronin digging through their shop with a judging look on his face.

"Your first problem is the opening of a tea shop in the middle of a dry season. Water's at a premium!" He hardly even looked at the three people staring at him. "Then there's the name. Steep Wisdom? Ugh. More like Steep Debt. I mean, heh, where are the customers?"

"Who is this strange fellow?" Wu asked, but both Nya and Misako shrugged, and Ronin himself didn't answer him either.

"You need to have a name with pizzazz, like Curiosi-tea! Or Shake Your Boo-Tea! Heh! These are just off the top of my head." Ronin dropped the subject of better store names before looking through all the shelves with a displeased face. "This place is a cluttered mess."

Finally having had enough, Misako spoke up. "Excuse me, but if you're not a customer, what are you doing in our shop?"

Ronin gave her a sly smirk before answering her, "You mean my shop."

"Huh?" Wu's reaction matched Misako's and Nya's as Ronin finally fully turned his attention to the three.

"Oh, right. They never told you." Ronin was fully enjoying himself as he introduced himself to the three. "Name's Ronin. And since I'm now effectually the majority shareholder, I'm your new business partner."

Wu looked like he already understood, well, no wonder, the ninja had made bad choices before.

"What?" Nya meanwhile was confused, putting more trust in the ninja than Wu had.

"After the ninja lost the Scroll of Who-whatzu to that Morro dude, I bailed them out in exchange for their shares in the tea shop." Ronin explained, but looking around the place again, his face fell. "Since they destroyed my pawn shop, I thought it was a fair trade until I saw this sorry place. Ah..."

Nya's face meanwhile turned to one of worry, "They didn't get the Scroll of Airjitzu?"

"If they didn't get it, they'll never be able to follow the rest of the clues to the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master." Misako's tone matched Nya's until the latter turned to Wu with a pleading look.
