it's a few day since the whole custody battle.

arizona won.

gwen didn't know how to feel about it. she's really mad at callie for how she made her look like in court.

still she doesn't want to presume to decide who should have won and who shouldn't. both are amazing mothers.

callie tried to call gwen a few times these last days. gwen didn't know why. either because she's sorry or because she's mad. gwen didn't pick up.

she needs to relax these last weeks of pregnancy. mark is really worried about gwen's health. she's always stressed and overthinks everything.

gwen took a few days off after the lawsuit. she wanted to spent time with her kids and to, again, relax.

but today she was working again. mark was already at work so she drove together with meredith.

the two sat in silence. meredith driving while gwen was on her phone.

as the two drove towards the parking lot they saw derek's old trailer, which was owen's since a few years. derek gave it to him almost directly after the plane crash.

gwen had a flashback of her sneeking into his trailer only wanting to visit him a few hours. who would've known that she's gonna live here ever since.

gwen had a weird feeling in her chest as the two stepped out of the car and towards owen.

"hey." meredith greets the redhead that was talking to a man.

"hey." owen greets.

"what's all this?" gwen asks looking at the man next to owen.

"sold it. i'm done with it." owen tells the two.

"with the trailer?" meredith asks confused.

"yep. don't need it anymore." owen replies giving the man his signature before he left.

"don't you need a place to sleep, or are you moving into my house, too, and no one told me?" meredith asks slightly chuckling.

"better. i just bought my own house." owen says. "closing it this morning. amelia's been giving me a hard time about getting a grown-up house, so-"

"so, no more trailer." gwen states looking at it. meredith also looked at it then at gwen who couldn't move eyes away.

"is this... should i have asked you? i should've asked you." owen says looking at the two.

"no, no. you paid for it. it's yours to do what you want with." meredith replies.

"you sure?" owen asks.

"yes. congratulations on the new house." meredith smiles.

"thanks." owen says before leaving the two.

gwen watched the trailer driving away with a weird face. meredith looked at the blond putting a hand on her shoulder.

"let's go inside." gwen says walking in the same direction owen went.

gwen was in the attendings lounge changed into her scrubs making herself a coffee. today has already been a lot and it's only past breakfast.

"hi, babe." mark greets his wife with a smile. but it slightly faded when he saw the stress in her eyes. "you okay?"

"owen sold derek's trailer." gwen says pouring some milk in her coffee.
