gwen was again walking through the seattle grace hospital.

it's only been a few months since the last time she was here visiting derek.

"hello, do you know where i can find dr.webber?" gwen askes the nurse behind the desk.

"he is in his office probably." she answered, not really paying attention to her.

"thanks." gwen mumbles.

she looked around the entrance hall to see if she recognize anyone.

fortunately she saw meredith with two other woman standing besides her at a nurses station.

"meredith?" she calls her as she approaches them.

they all turned around and looked at her with suprise.

"dr.shepherd." meredith greets her. "do you look for derek?"

"no, actually i'm looking for the chief. dr.webber right?"

they all nod.

"he is in surgery now." she answered with a forced smile.

"do you know how long? i have to talk to him." gwen confirms.

"i don't know, sorry...uhm... you could ask the nurse there." she replies as she was pointing to the nurse gwen just talk to.

"she not really seems to like me." gwen answered.

meredith and the other interns are walking through the hospital floors while following bailey.

"no cutting! no cutting!" cristina yells as she sprinted after her friends.

"yang you're late." alex states while chuckling.

"i got here before george." she defends herself.

"i got here. i was here." george replies.

"nice of you to join us, yang." bailey says as she reads through the chart she was holding.

"what are you smilling about?" cristina asks karev because of his devious smile. "aren't you supposed to be on gyne today?"

"yeah, whatever." alex shrugged it of.

"woman troubles?" asked cristina slightly worried as meredith stopped to hold on to a supplie shelf.

"men troubles." she replies. "i think this dating two guys thing is getting to me. the stress of it. finn, derek. derek, finn. i think i'm getting an ulcer."

"mcdreamy and the vet are making you sick." cristina tells her honestly.

"i need to make a choice and get it over with." meredith partly tells herself.

after checking up on the patient, mr.sullivan, the group of interns follows bailey out of the door.

"you alright, dr.grey?" bailey ask her intern as she sees her pale face.

"yeah dr.bailey. i just..." she stopped as she sits down and sees derek approaching the group. "need to make a choice is all."

"dr.grey, i am clipping a basilar tip aneurysm. any interest?" derek asks her not noticing her pale face.

his face turned into a frown when he saw mark coming up to them.
