derek and richard are walking through the hospital.

"the police haven't found anything on our jane doe?" he asked derek.

"i believe she calls herself ava now." derek answer him.

"yeah, well, she doesn't seem to be getting her memory back." he says.

"well now that the rest of her medical problems are taken care of me. i'll see what i can do." derek assures him.

"that would be great." richard thanks him as mark approaches them.

"hey, has anybody see gwen?" he asks them.

"oh, she gone." richard replied him.

mark looks at him with shock. "gone?"

"yeah, she took a leave of absence." webber tells him as they stop walking.

"why?" mark asks. "i mean did she tell you why?" he adds nervously.

"what'd you do?" derek ask mark.

"no she didn't gave me a reason." richard answered marks question.

"did she tell you were she was going?" mark ask another question.

"all she said was she needed some time to be happy and free if i recall correctly." richard tells him. "excuse me" he adds and walks away.

derek looked at mark confused before he leaves him too.

gwen was sitting in her cabrio on her way to l.a. to visit addie in her old practice.

gwen gave addie her place at the the oceanside welness.

it felt weird for her to be there again after such a long time. to be honest she missed it kind of.

as she got there, she took the elevator when another man comes in.

"gwen?" he asks her.

"pete." she smiled wildly while hugging him.

"what are you doing here? i thought you had left for seattle." he asks.

"oh. i'm here to visit addie and the rest of us. and to maybe come back." she tells him.

"that would be great. it isn't the same without you." he smirked.

when gwen moved to l.a. after she broke of with mark she worked in a privat practice. her old friends naomi and sam gave her the job. when she left they weren't that happy about it.

"do you think naomi will talk to me?" gwen asks pete.

"i'm not sure. you will have to find out yourself." he said.

pete always liked gwen. but they never hooked up.

the elevator came to a halt.

"i'll see you later." pete says before he left.

gwen entered the lobby in her old practice. it was all to familiar. when she looked to her right she saw a tv with a promotion for sam's book 'body language'.

gwen had to laugh because of it.

"i don't know what you should do about the itchiness down there." gwen heard a male voice from her left. "yeah, ok. bye."
