I-Pads Vs. Books
Have you ever wondered if iPads could ever completely replace books? On the one hand, with an iPad, you will not have to worry about forgetting your books, whilst on the other, with books you would ensure you will not ever harm your eyes.
There is no doubt that iPads come with lots of benefits. To begin with, you would be free of any additional weight since all your books and documents would be digital instead. Hence, you prevent back pain, as well as have an easier time moving around. In addition, using iPads could decrease deforestation rates, as there would be no need to cut down trees to make books.
However, no one can deny that books have their own set of perks, too. First of all, they contribute to your well-being, because you are avoiding the harmful radiation that devices emit. As a result, you do not develop any permanent health conditions. Moreover, you enjoy a different experience, due to not getting distracted by notifications of irrelevant ads.
In summation, although some people claim you would indirectly and effortlessly help the environment, others would still insist you emerge yourself in a story better than ever when reading physical books. In my opinion, there's a place and time for both iPads and books.
