TYPE OF ESSAY: Comparing Two Topics: Inspecting different aspects.

TOPIC: Doing sports indoors vs. outside: Which is preferred when it comes to different aspects? (enjoyability, costs, etc.)

There has been no end to the ongoing debate, regarding whether doing sports indoors or outdoors is considered objectively better. Technically, it depends on each individual person and aspect discussed.

No one can deny that doing sports outside is considered much more enjoyable. This is the case since one can admire the nature surrounding them as well as breathe in fresh air, which gives an entirely different feel to the experience and results in improved mental health.

There is no doubt the costs involved are lower when exercising outdoors. That's because one does not need to pay fees for membership at a sports centre and electricity has to be paid for, either. Hence, people can exercise with minimal costs.

However, regarding the weather, one must admit closed spaces are preferred. As a matter of fact, sports centres allow one to proceed working out, regardless of the weather conditions and are therefore more appropriate for all seasons.

Overall, it comes down to personal preference and every individual is free to decide for themselves, prioritizing whichever criteria they consider most important. However, one must acknowledge that both options have their benefits.
