TYPE OF ESSAY: Comparing Two Topics: Inspecting different aspects.

TOPIC: Doing team sports vs. individual sports: Which is preferred when it comes to different aspects? (enjoyability, responsibility, etc.)

There has always been a disagreement on whether team sports or individual sports are better for teens to practice at school. Do they differ at all or is one better than the other?

No one can deny that group sports are considered more enjoyable. Although sports themselves are engaging, being part of a team adds much more to the experience. Thus, team sports are more entertaining and uplifting, improving teens' mental health.

There is no doubt that both team and individual sports require great responsibility. It is commonly known that each athlete should strive to do their best and keep improving. Hence, practicing a sport improves people's sense of responsibility.

However, individual sports allow for more freedom as one is not confined by a role they have to fulfill. As a result, one feels free to use techniques that have proved to be more effective for the individual instead of finding the middle ground.

Overall, both team and individual sports have different benefits to offer. That is why I believe teenagers should be given the opportunity to try out both and choose which one suits them best.
