Hi! What's up? Thanks for dropping me a line, always great to hear from you! Sorry I haven't got back to you sooner.
It truly is heartbreaking, isn't it? I know how much you adore Ms./Mr. [teacher's name]! We should send him/her off with a great party, right? We'll definitely be playing the typical party games, but other than that, why don't we make a video compilation of us with clips taken throughout the year? I'm sure she'd/he'd appreciate that greatly! Whilst watching it together, we could enjoy snacks we'd have prepared in advance. As she's/he's our English teacher, it'd be cool if we all did a short grammar quiz on Kah**t and make her proud. Of course, nothing too boring!
Well, about gifts... We should definitely get her flowers. She/he deserves it! Other than that, I believe a safe option would be an interesting book. She's/He's an English major after all... What would you say?
