Smoker exits the bar.
"Captain Smoker! Where are you going?"
Smoker:" The execution platform."
"I wanna see thr place where the King of the Pirates died!"
He will be there!" He answered them.
"You mean Monkey D. Luffy?!"
They all salute to him.
"We can mobilize 100 men immediately, sir!"
"And the entire battalion afterward!"
Smoker:" You guys just don't get it."
The marines were confused by that.
"I'm more than enough on my own." He told them confidently.

Luffy is now climbing the execution platform. There were a lot of bystanders just watching him. Many were confused and worried for him.
"Man, that's dangerous..." he sighed.
Luffy was about to climb further up but he misplaxed his foot and now he was trying not to fall.
All of the people were super worried now.
Luffy then caught himself and let out a sigh of relief.
"Hey." Smoker was standing in front of the crowd.
Luffy:" Un?"
"Hey, boy." Smoker tried to get his attention.
"What do you want? I'm busy right now!" Luffy told him.
Smoker:" Are you the guy with the biggest bounty in the East Blue?"
Luffy:" I'm Luffy. Do you need something?" He slides a bit further down and makes a panicked voice.
Smoker:" I'm Captain Smoker of the Navy. I'm in charge of Loguetown. You're under arrest."
Luffy:" Huh? Arrest? Forget it!
I'm just about to go into the Grand Line and be King of the Pirates!"
Smoker's eyes widened for a second.
"King of the Pirates?"
"I refuse to get arrested in a place like this!" Luffy continued.
Smoker:" then you'll have to beat me first. You dont get into the Grand Line unless you can beat me." He cracks his knuckles. "That's the rule of this town.
That's assuming you're brave enough to fight me, of course."
Luffy:" I can't get into the Grand Line unless i beat you? Then i'll beat you!" He said confidently.
Smoker:" Go ahead and try."
