Surprise surprise!!
Today i actually had some free time, so i am gifting u this chapter 😸
While Nami and Yushiro were riding up the beanstock with the waver, lightning was destroying Upper Yard and multiple explosions were caused.
It was like fireworks, but on the ground.
Yushiro's eye was still glowing cyan, since he was trying to sense where Luffy was with his talisman.
Nami glanced at Yushiro before turning ahead to look where she was driving.
"Figured out exactly where he is yet?"
Yushiro frowned before snapping his head up to the right, squinting his eyes.
"There!!", he shouted, pointing at a running Luffy with a golden ball attached to his arm.
"Hah?!", Nami exclaimed. "What is that ridiculously huge golden ball?!"
"Probably Eneru's doing....
In any case, hurry up so we can catch uo to him!!", Yushiro said
"Mn!", Nami nodded and revved the machine even faster.
After a minute or so, they were finally near Luffy.
Yushiro takes this opportunity and calls out to him. "OOIIII!! LUUUFFYYYY!!!", he shouted.
There was silence.
"He didn't hear me....", Yushiro pouted.
Nami sighed and was about to shout too but.......
Luffy ran even faster.
He left them to dust.
"Geez! How can he run so fast?", Nami complained.
"It's not that fast.....", Yushiro put on a thoughtful expression.
Nami sweatdropped at that. ' Because you are..........
nevermind... ', she thought and turned her head back ahead.
Just then, a bolt of lighting was about to struck Nami but Yushiro put his hands around her waist to get her a bit back.
"Wah!?" , Nami exclaimed and glanced back and forth between Yushiro and the spot where the lightning would struck. "Ah... Thanks Shiro-chan!"
"Its...", Yushiro was about to wave her off , when a giant piece of the Giant Jack above broke and fell below them.
"What the hell....?"
"How the hell did that happen?!", Nami shouted.
"Probably that fake God struck it down...... .....
....
... oh?", Yushiro glanced up at a flying Luffy.
"What is he doing?", Nami sighed esasperated.
Yushiro just shrugged.
After like 10 seconds, the waver bumped into Luffy, causing him to fall to the cloud a little.
"Luffy! We finally caught up to you!", Nami said.
Luffy turned his head to look at the duo. "Eh? Nami? Nii-chan? What're you doing here?!"
"We came to get you.", Yushiro stated calmly. "Sanji and Usopp saves us so we were down below."
Luffy smiled at that. "Really?! You were? That's great!"
