Chapters 127: The return of the beloved crewmate!

Grasping hold of the ladder leasing up to the main mast, Yushiro called out to Nami. "Mast secluded!"

"SET SAIL--!", Luffy shouted with a thumbs-up as he realized that they were ready to go.

Nami and Chopper hurried to the side of the rails that faced the coast with worry. "Hey, Luffy!"

"Luffy!"

"Are you sure, Strawhat?", Franky crossed his arms. "Don't you have to wait for one more person?"

Luffy sat down on the newly built in seat that circles around the mast. "I was waiting for him. Ever since Sanji told us the story.", a smile grew on his face. "I waited for him in that room at the Galley-La so someone could welcome him, but he never showed up. This is his answer. I'm sure he... Will have fun, too!"

He laughed it all off, but couldn't hide the fact that his face was literally dribbling with sweat.
"I don't think he'll quit being a pirate, so hopefully we'll see him on the sea sometimes!"

Yushiro jumped down from the rope ladder with a frown and sat down next to Luffy, placing his hand on his head, patting him.

Luffy's smile turned into a real one and he quickly hugged Yushiro's waist, hiding his face.

Yushiro adopted a fond smile and just continued patting his hair with soft moves.

cannonball had nearly hit the side of the ship.

Yushiro squinted his eyes to see better and after a few seconds they widened as he stood up abruptly and ran to the rails, leaving Luffy to nearly falling over.
"THE GEEZER?!"

Luffy quickly ran next to him.
"GRANDPA?!"

A static voice reached their ears. Garp was clearly using a megaphone or something.

"Hey, Luffy! Yushiro ! Can you hear me?! This is Grandpa! This is Grandpa! If you can hear me, say something!"

"Damn geezer....", Yushiro muttered as he covered his a little bleeding ears.

"Hey, Grandpa!! What're you doing?!!", Luffy hollered back at his highest volume.

Yushiro winced at the volume. "Not you too...."

Garp actually managed to hear him (Luffy).
"Yeah, a lot has happened since then. Sorry, but I'm gonna send you to the bottom of the sea!"

"EHHHHHHHHH?!", Luffy exclaimed.

Yushiro had enough apparently, as multiple tick marks grew on his forehead.

He stood up on the railing and shouted with all his might.
"OI, YOU DAMN GEEZER!! FIRST, YOU YELL INTO A FREAKING MEGAPHONE! AND THEN, YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO WANT TO CAPTURE US?! I'M GONNA BEAT YOUR ASS!!"

He actually had to be held back by both Luffy and Zoro, so that he wouldn't jump into the sea and fulfill his promise. "NGH-- let .... Me ..... GO!", he shouted.

Even then, that annoying geezer still had the AUDACITY to LAUGH!

"HAHHAHAHA! Not that I expected anything else from you! But , not that i'm doing this as an apology, but i'll fight all of you by myself!"
