East Blue ( Going Merry)
On the Going Merry amidst the sea thunderstorm, the Straw Hat pirates reached the area of the lighthouse island in their way to the Grand Line.
"Oh no, Nami! The light's gone out!" Luffy hung underneath the ship's figurehead. "This is bad! The guiding light is gone!"
"It's a lighthouse. The light goes out sometimes." Nami stood next to the ship's bow in a raincoat looking over her map. "But that's why you guys brought me along, right? Trust me, i know what to do."
"Wow, you're impressive!!" Luffy swung up on top of the figurehead.
"Of course, now get down from there."
"No way!! You're not getting my spot!"
"Who said I wanted it?!" Nami shouted at him before looking back at her map." Everyone get inside! Yushiro! You too! I have something important to discuss with everyone."
"All right!! I'll be there in a minute!! I bet i know what it is too...." Yushiro spotted an enormous red mountain up ahead in the far distance with his telescope from on top of the bird's nest.
East Blue (Going Merry: Cabin)
Inside the cabin of the Going Merry, everybody had gathered around the dining table of the kitchen where Nami placed the map of the Grand Line down on the table.
"According to these charts, the entrance of the Grand Line is up on a mountain!" , Nami informed them.
"A mountain?" Luffy, Zoro, Usopp and Sanji all tilted their heads in confusion.
"You mean the red Mountain that separates the four Blues and the Grand Line?" Yushiro asked her.
"That's right. When i first looked at it i didn't believe it, but look here. The guiding light was definitely pointing towards Reverse Mountain on the Red Line." She stated.
Yushiro nodded. "Yeah. Going through the canal is the safest choice we have."
"A canal?! Don't be ridiculous! A canal or no canal, a ship can't sail up a mountain!!" Usopp shouted.
"Well, that's what the map says." Nami replied.
"Didn't you steal that map from Buggy? Are you sure it can be trusted?" Zoro wondered.
"Tch. Even if it is wrong, Nami can get us right through it. She's our navigator, isn't she?" Yushiro pat her head.
Nami was teary now.
Yushiro:" w-what?"
Nami then hugged him tightly. "Yushiro! You have so much faith in me!!"
Yushiro was red now from embarrassment. "W-What? S-stop! That's embarrassing!"
Everyone else just laughed. Well, Zoro was snickering.
But then Luffy's stupidity just had to step in. (Not saying this with hate, i LOVE Luffy)"So it's a mystery mountain, huh?" Lufy exclaimed.
Yushiro sweatdropped. "I guess you can say it like that..."
"Why do we have to go through the entrance anyway? Can't we just sail south and go in from there? Or maybe whatever this other point is on the Red Line..." Zoro said.
"No way!!" Luffy yelled out.
"He's right. There's a good reason for it." Nami said.
"The other point is literally restricted to us..." Yushiro remarked.
