Then, Luffy managed to speak up, but with a hoarse voice.

"You can't hurt me with that! I'm gonna kick your guys' asses!" Luffy grinned as he threw spit at Mr.5's jacket.

Mr.5 got super mad and kicked Luffy, causing an explosion, much to Vivi's horror.
"LUFFY-SAN!!"
Luffy is probably unconscious after that, but Mr.5 doesn't stop there.
He kicks Luffy again, causing another explosion.
"DIE!"
He threw 9 other explosions at him.
Luffy made a pained sound.
"Keh. Fool!!", Mr.5 said.
"LUFFY-SAN!!", Vivi tried to call out to him as Miss Valentine was laughing.
"LUFFY-SAN! LUFFY-SAN!"
Mr.5 approached them.
"Let's go, Miss Valentine."
They started walking away, Miss Valentine dragging Vivi, who was still calling out Luffy's name.
"LUFFY-SAN! USOPP-SAN! KAROO!"
