Atlas touched his patient's arm and recited, "Vitalis Mendulus," while the entire affected area was bathed in light for a few seconds. He then removed his hand and asked the patient, "Does it still hurt?" The patient replied, "Not anymore!"

"Good," he smiled, but his expression quickly turned furious. "Nowell! Why do you always get hurt on your quests, even on an E-class mission!?" Nowell chuckled, "Haha, I just wanted to see you. It's been a long time." Atlas rolled his eyes and called for his colleague, Darren, to come into the room.

Darren entered swiftly and escorted Nowell out. Atlas sat down and sighed. "What an exhausting day. It's only 10 a.m. and I'm already drained. Maybe I should consider becoming a mage in the future." He shook his head, "No, no, no, remember what happened last time! You nearly destroyed an entire town, and Dad got scolded!"

"I'm coming in!" yelled Darren from outside. They made eye contact and Darren said, "Yo, Atlas, you shouldn't push yourself so hard. Healing takes a lot of power, and you've already healed 24 people! Are you insane?" Atlas
laughed, "What are you laughing at, silly?" Darren added on. "I just want to push my limits and increase my power, that's all." Atlas replied.

Darren slapped his forehead in reaction to Atlas' nonchalant attitude. "The most a human can heal is 10 people, and you've already healed 24. That could make you suspicious as a wizard, even though you are one! Do you realize wizards are being hunted because of their magic?" Atlas replied, "That's true, but I'm not worried. I've always wondered why I was born a wizard when both my parents were mere humans."

"Whatever, you can go home now. I'll tell the guild master you're leaving early due to illness," Darren said. "Hey, you can't do that! How will I get paid if I don't work?" Atlas exclaimed. Darren sighed, "Your father is the guild master, for crying out loud!" Atlas chuckled, "Haha, I guess I'll call it a day then. Bye!" He quickly left the room. Darren shook his head, laughing at Atlas' antics.

Atlas walked home, contemplating how to spend the rest of the day since it was still early. Suddenly, an idea struck him, and he decided to visit the market. Upon arriving, he searched for fresh vegetables and chicken.

"Oh, Mr. Atlas, it's been a while!" greeted the butcher. "Hello, Mr. Flake. I've been busy in the guild recovery room, especially with the demon hunter team's arrival," replied Atlas. "No wonder you look tired today. Here, take some fresh chicken from the barn, on the house this time," Mr. Flake said with a smile.

"Thank you, Mr. Flake. Have a great day ahead," Atlas said gratefully as he headed home, arriving just 12 minutes later. He cleaned the house and glanced at the clock above the entrance door. "It's already 12:15 p.m. I better hurry."

After finishing the chores, he cooked the chicken and prepared a delicious three-course meal. Following a refreshing shower, he settled in the living room. Around 2:30 p.m., a knock sounded at the door.

Atlas rushed to open it and found someone standing before him. "Welcome home, Keevin!"
