Celina had managed to calm Sara down enough that she could talk. 'Why, Why am I here?' Sara asked, her voice still shaky. 'You don't know what happened?' Sara shook her head. 'You got shot. We were infiltrating a house and our suspect shot you in the thigh. They took the bullet out in surgery. You will be completely fine, but it will take a couple weeks to completely heal.' Celina explained. Sara couldn't help but sigh of relief. The news was bad, but at least he was still in prison, so it didn't happen again.

'Do you want me to call someone? Maybe your parents?' Celina asked. 'Unless you can call to heaven.' Sara joked, but it wasn't funny at all. 'Ca- Can you just stay with me?' She added, kind of embarrassed. Celina nodded as she let out a sweet smile. 'I will, let me talk to Grey. In the meantime, get some rest.' She kissed Sara on the forehead. As soon as Sara realised where she was going, she grabbed her hand. Celina turned around to see what was wrong. 'Don't go. Just, don't. Don't.' Sara stuttered, tearing up again. 'Okay, alright. I'm not leaving you.' She sat down on the bed again. 'Let me call Lucy, maybe she can talk to Grey.' Sara nodded, agreeing with her, so she called Lucy.

'Lucy!' Grey shouted through the hall, But Lucy didn't stop. Grey followed her and shouted again. 'Officer Chen!' Lucy came to a stop. She turned around, knowing what would come. 'Look, I'm sorry about what just happened. It was wrong and unprofessional, but-' Grey stopped her. 'I know, I get it. You have a lot going on right now, I get that, but this needs to stop. You two need to figure this out and fast. I can't have two of my best officers hate each other.' He said to her. 'I know, we'll make it work.' They got interrupted by Lucy's phone. She took it out of her pocket. 'It's Celina.' Lucy said to Grey. 'Take it, I have to talk to Tim anyways. Keep me updated.' he smiled. Lucy smiled back, before putting the phone to her ear.

'Celina, how is she?' She immediately asked. She stared at Grey who was walking away from her. 'Oh, of course, hold on.' She said in her phone. 'Sarge! It's for you.' She shouted and Grey came back. 'Celina, want to talk to you.' Lucy handed him the phone. 'Hello? Yes. How is she?... Yes, of course. That's fine. I'll let Nolan and Bradford know and I will drop by shortly... See you then.' Celina had hung up the phone, so Grey handed Lucy her phone back. 'I'm gonna go check on them.' Lucy said as she and Grey both went their separate ways.

When Lucy walked into the room, she saw a half asleep Sara in bed with Celina on a chair next to her, stroking her head. 'How is she?' Lucy asked for the hundredth time that day, her voice muted, so Sara wouldn't wake up. 'She's pretty shaken and scared. I don't know why. Every time I ask her she just lies and says it's nothing.' Lucy stared into Celina's eyes. She could see the worry hidden behind tears. Lucy sat down next to her.

They talked a little, until Grey knocked on the door. The knocking woke Sara up. She tried to sit up, but the quick movements made her leg hurt. 'Just stay down, you don't have to sit up.' Celina assured her. Sara let her muscles relax as she leaned back against her pillow. 'How are you?' Grey asked. 'My leg still hurts, but I'll be alright.' Grey knew she wasn't okay, but let it slide. 'That's good to hear. Oh and don't worry about work. Take as long as you need. Health goes first.' Sara nodded. Grey smiled at her before turning to Celina and Lucy. 'I'll give you the rest of the day. we'll see tomorrow how it's going.' He said to Celina. 'Chen, I want you to pair up with either Bradford or Nolan, you can pick, but I think I already know who it's gonna be.' He grinned. 'Where is John?' She asked, smiling. 'He's in the shop, waiting for you.' They talked a bit longer, until it was really time to go. 'Alright, well I'll leave you two to it. Chen, let's go.' He said as they left.

'So I talked to Tim.' Grey said to Lucy as they were talking over the halls to the exit. 'Did he deny it again?' She asked. 'I have no idea where this fight is coming from, so I don't know, but he wants to talk to you after shift.' 'I can't. I have promised Sara and Celina to stop by with food after my shift.' Lucy answered immediately. She didn't feel like talking to Tim anymore. He had talked enough for one day. 'At least give him a change. I'm not going to play post owl.' Grey tried. 'He can try again tomorrow. I have enough on my plate.' Grey nodded, understandingly, knowing she wasn't going to budge. 'Alright... I wish you good luck out there.' 'Thank you, sir. You too.' Lucy smiled and they both walked to a different shop.

John was leaning against his shop, waiting for Lucy. 'Ready to go?' He asked. 'Yes, Let's do this. I can use some distraction.' Lucy smiled, although she wasn't happy. They got in and John drove off. 'Soo-.' He started, but Lucy already knew what he was going to ask. 'No, I don't want to talk about what just happened.' She said strict. 'Copy that, I'm shutting up.' The rest of the shift, they only took the small calls. Lucy was pretty distracted. Everytime He looked at her, she was in a totally different universe. She was just staring out of the car window, not paying attention to anything that was going on around them. They had spent a good amount of time in that hospital, so they only had about three hours left on their shifts.
