Mayra
The table was cleared as soon as the breakfast was over. All of us decided to gather in a combined study hall on the second level which also happens to be their get together area. Or to be precise one of the many get together area.
I flopped on the couch sandwiching between Moksha and Aaksha whereas the boys squad settles opposite us. Reyan was here in less than ten minutes when Adi texted of the situation.
Out of whatever gods miracle Daksh too happen to join us on our discussion "So... who's willingly sacrificing" Moksha breaks in first.
"Where was this thought when you initially came up with trip planning?" none other the youngest Parihaar brother present here puts sense in her and she scowls back at Daksh.
"Little sacrifices for greater good ever heard of it?" she retorts back and then her gaze narrows on Aarav.
"Fine. I'll do it" all the heads snapped to him and his stare happened to be fixed on me. The previous chill mapping on my spine till god knows what depth.
I try to find interest in the ceiling or even in the floor not least bit okay with the way his gaze intensifies.
"Oh my god seriously??" the green head next to me practically lunges onto her brother but he shoos her away with one hand.
I don't now what he wants from me after all the stunt he pulled last night I just hope its another one of his Stay aways.
Well now that it's decided who's going against Abeer uncle I collect my phone and get up from my seat after biding Aaksha and heading towards the door "Mayra" I flinched internally. The way that voice called out my name did something to my inner organs.
"Kaha jaa rahi ho?" (Where are you going?) I stiffened when his voice directly poured into my ears. Why is he standing so close to me. And most of all in front of all of them.
"Tumse dur?" (Away from you?) it somehow came out as a question which I didn't intended it to be. I hate how I become around him. I hate how much control he has over my body.
For over a minute nothing comes out as a reply which makes me curious and I turn around. The air supply was cut immediately as I was met with a hard wall of muscle.
"Already on your mission?" he looks down on me and to not appear affected by his tone and that strong cologne I stare behind at the chaos. No one's paying attention to our conversation.
"I'm improving" his jaw clenched and what I assume is because of anger. Good. He's suppose to taste his own medicine.
"Follow me" is all he says before walking past me and I stand there dumbfounded. Did he just order me? Who does he think he is. I follow him not because he said so "Just because you're prone to girl's attention and followers doesn't mean you'll get that treatment from every girl" I lash at him but he just keeps walking away hands tucked in those pockets.
