Steven approached bismuth in the old battlefield, she had picked up lots of old crystal gem weapons and was still very angry and sad. "Homeworld will pay for this", she said to herself, kicking an old diamond flag out the way to get to some old daggers that belonged to a crystal gem. She turned to steven and garnet and gave them a big smile, hiding her guilt that she wasnt there to help her fellow crystal gems fight, "Hey, how about we got to the forge! There is something I've planned to give the crystal gems' best power couple since I..was gone", "The forge?", Steven asked, "wanna see too?", she asked him, "of course!", he exclaimed, he was really excited to be seeing more of gem history, even if it was from the side of the dirty traitors.

They warped to foggy, gray mountains, traveled across thin cliffs where they had to shuffle against the wall to not fall off, "is this the forge?", Steven asked none stop, his voice echoing, bismuth, who was always in front, leading them, would reply, "not yet!". Sticking out a mountain was a giant gray square, bismuth stood in front of it, put her hands near her gem and a rainbow light came from her gem and touched the square, making it open and create a large, dark corridor, leading deep into the mountain. "we haven't been here since you where gone, it brings back so many memories", garnet said, following her into the corridor, Steven nervously followed after, he could feel his excitement fading as he realised he was in enemy territory, "mum is really gonna kill me!", he thought, wiping sweat after his head.

The corridor lead to a giant door with a white rose on it, the door opened revealing a dark room with an anvil in the middle and weapons hung all around, above the anvil was a giant sword hung on the ceiling. "Jeez it's so hot in here, like an oven!", Steven said, wiping more sweat of his face, bismuth laughed at him, "you think its hot now? Well it's about to get way hotter!", she shapeshifted her hand into a giant hammer and slammed onto a button, causing lava to fall from the ceiling and cover her, lava filled the cracks in the room and lit the whole place in up in a bright orange light.

Bismuth emerged from the lava unscathed, "nothing like a good lava bath!", she said, stretching then going to some buckets near the back of the room, Steven tried to follow after her to see what she was doing, but could barely keep up. "are you going to make something?", he asked, bismuth took something out of each of the buckets then stuck her hand back into the lava, "back on homeworld we bismuths where used to build massive structures for the gem elite!", she pulled her hand out the lava and put the now long piece of metal on the anvil, she turned her hand into a hammer again and slammed onto the metal, "but thanks to rose quartz, I learned I could be anything I wanted! So I chose this!", she had created a giant sword, she gave it to steven, "woah! Thanks!", he exclaimed, nearly dropping the sword because he didn't expect it to be so heavy.

Bismuth then went to a small chest, "now this is why we are really here!", she took out 2 big, spiked knuckle dusters and threw them to garnet, she summoned her gauntlets, fusing them and the knuckle dusters together. "what do you think of that extra punch!", bismuth asked her, going back to the box and looking in, she sighed "I did have something to give pearl too, I thought she'd suit more of a trident then", she looked back to garnet, testing her new upgraded weapons, "when I get my hands on that white diamond for what she did! Oh! I'm not just going to give pearl her freedom! I'll give her the trident as a present! I'll be the one to free her! I'll make those diamonds pay!".

Steven sat back and watched bismuth and garnet joke and reminisce, bismuth kept making more and more weapons while asking garnet about all the things she missed, Steven really felt like an outsider here. Steven huddled in the corner away from the two gems and sighed, closing his eyes for once second, when he opened them an old memory was playing in this exact room, it showed bismuth and rose together, rose looked uncomfortable while bismuth was ecstatic and telling her about a new weapon she had created, suddenly the vision flashed and it was in a different room, the two gems where arguing, Steven could barely make out what they where saying it was all echoes, something about shattering gems, the vision ended with rose stabbing bismuth in the chest near her gem, she poofed and rose grabbed her gem, bubbling it, "no one must know of this", rose whispered to herself, leaving with the bubble.
