Steven lay, spread out on the bed, his phone next to his face, he was waiting for a message or call from connie or her family, they haven't spoke since the incident with Kevin and its been haunting him. He picked up the phone and checked one more time he had saw all his notifications and hadn't accidentally put his phone on silent, "still no texts...", Steven sighed, getting off from the bed and walking downstairs, he looked miserable, he had been ever since it happened.
As he made his way down the stairs he saw his father just outside the front door talking to someone, the two Pearls where also by the door and seemed to be also a part of the conversation. Steven put on his dark blue sandals and went outside to check what it was, he gently pushed past his father to see, right outside the house was blue diamond and yellow diamond, yellow diamond was wearing a ridiculous chef hat and fake moustache while blue was sitting on her bike next to her.
"steven!", she greeted him loudly, "great to have you here!", she tried doing some sort of Italian accent, it was awful, her pearl even cringed, the fake moustache was also muffling her voice, making her very hard to understand. "What's going on?", Steven asked looking at his mother who was also dressed strange, wearing dark red jeans (blue had banned jeans years before) a green shirt with "pizza" written on it with a pizza in a diamond under it, and a dark red hat wirh a small pizza slice sticking out the top with the great diamond authority symbols on each side of the hat.
"To try and understand you humans more we have decided to make our own special great diamond authority pizza service! We got this idea from your father Mr greg the very handsome man! He said you humans love pizza!", yellow explained, still doing that awful accent, "w-wha..." was all steven could say. "Isn't my diamond amazing with her ideas?", yellow's pearl loudly said to blue's, who just looked away, "shes so logical and understanding to these miserable creatures! That's why I am working with her as....", she pulled out a chef hat from her gem and put it on "the 2nd best chef besides her in the great diamond authority pizza service!!", she then pulled out a giant pizza from her gem and threw it at greg, he catched it in his mouth, spraying sauce everywhere.
"Now blue", yellow said, snatching a tablet from her pearl to check deliveries and times, "you're going to have quite a busy first day as our delivery woman!" She looked at a map of beach city, "Do you have all the pizzas ready?", "yeah I guess", blue replied, yawning and checking the pizza boxes, there was a suprising ammount of them. "great! Now off you go! We must show beach city how great we diamonds are!", yellow exclaimed, dramatically putting her first in the air, blue gave her the thumbs up and zoomed away on her bike, somehow none of the pizzas, who weren't very secured on the bike fell off.
After blue drived off yellow diamond and her pearl walked back into the house to make more pizzas, leaving greg, Steven and blue's pearl outside. "What was that!?", Steven yelled, "I told the diamonds the truth! The best way to win a human's heart is through food, especially pizza!", Greg explained, "don't the diamonds have lots of busy jobs back home!?", steven asked, going back into the home and sitting on the couch, pearl and greg following after, it was too early for him to deal with this. "And what about that Kevin guy! He's going to recognise that bike and who knows what will happen to him if he tries to fight mum, she'll probably turn him into a pizza!", Steven yelled, greg just laughed, "schtu-ball! You're overreacting this could make us rich...er and they're diamonds! They can probably get all their servants to do their jobs!", Greg brushed him off, "my steven, I do understand your concerns but a small break for the diamonds is a very good thing, and right now yellow diamond is too afrai...", pearl nervously looked in direction of the kitchen and watched yellow and her pearl make more pizzas, she gulped, she knew she was definitely listening ".... not in the mood to go to homeworld because of white diamond".
"I hope their planets are OK without them", Steven mumbled, rolling on his side on the couch, he could go to sleep again, right as pearl and greg left him alone his phone starting ringing, it was connie! He jumped up from the couch, flew to his room, slammed the door behind him then answered it. "Connie!", Steven answered the phone, he'd been waiting for this call for so long, "Hey Steven! Sorry I haven't been able to call you...", Connie took a deep breath, "....I have some really bad news", fear hit steven, he started to tremble and sweat, terrfied of this bad news may be. "Remember that movie you gave me? The one that came from durgy?", she asked, "song of the sea?", Steven answered, "y-yeah....well I was going to return you it but then we got caught up with Kevin and he.....he stole the movie", Steven could hear how upset and scared connie was as she said this, she was terrfied blue diamond herself might punish her for losing it.
