(Clarity)

Walking inside the cozy cottage out of the chilly night the first thing I felt was the warmth inside. It helped me a bit against my trembling body. The smell of the wood inside hit my nose, it almost reminds me of my old cottage where I would find my mother cooking at night. I wrapped Xavier cloak around me tighter trying to keep me warm from the river from earlier tonight.

"I'll start the fire" He walked past me starting to head over to the fire place to start the burning fire. I wonder back to what I know now, this war could kill us all if we don't act to save our future.

But there is something else I saw, it was a women her hair was braided down her back, but I could not make out what colour it was over the darkness I saw, but it was a dark colour. She was wearing a dark black nearly purple dress and her heels echo as she walked down the floor. I did not see her face, so I don't know who it was. It could be anyone we know but apart of that version gave a bad feeling that she is working with the Demon King.

I look over seeing the fire was now burning out and the room around us slowly start to warm up. I walked over and took a seat next to the fire place warming myself up. Xavier sat in silence opposite to the sea I sat in.

"What happened? What happened in the first Demon Elves war?" I asked breaking the silence between us as the only sound we could hear was the cracking of the fire place.

"I only know bits of it. I was a child as well as Glassandra but Valerian who fight in this war. Thousands of our kind were turned into Demon Elves, they are dangerous a weapon to be use" He quickly explain briefly to what happened.

"Valerian fought in the war?" I asked, my brow raise up in question.

"He was ready to die then" He said. Oh.

"If this is repeating history from our parents, we need to be ready. We need to train the other elves; we need to know there weaknesses" I said leaning forward on my knees staring seriously at Xavier. He chuckle while shaking his head.

"Glassandra doesn't want war, she wants peace" He said. I bet we all want things that we can't have.

"So does everyone else, but if we don't fight then the war will never end" I said.

Xavier look up at me his face holds a cold look, I don't know if it's to me all to this war.

"She's weak my sister" Xavier said. How can he say such a thing to his own sister. His blood, the person who would defend his name the only family he has left of himself.

"How can you say that. She is not weak" I defended Glassandra.

"No Queen had ever sat the thrown she sits this day" Xavier said. I scoffed at his words.

"What because she was born a women, the first born to sit her thrown after her father, your father?" I asked which I got no answer in return.

"If there only one person who is capable off fighting this war is Glassandra even if she sends, elves warriors, knights, she is still fighting" I said, I glare at him who only sat in silence.

"You don't know my sister like I do, your only pasting through" His voice was so cold and dark that made me shiver. I blink back the tears that dare want to fall down my face.

"You sure you know her well? Cause through the past months I have come and known her Glassandra has have my loyalty to her and I am loyal to her" I spat out my words.

"I'm going to talk to Glassandra about what I saw, and I will tell her we need to fight" I said, Xavier then stand up quickly making the seat he sat in fall on the floor with a big thump. I tense up as I stand up as well but keep my head high.

"You wouldn't dare" He said slowly. I hold in my breathe for a sec before I exhale.

"You think I wouldn't?" I asked letting a chuckle leave my lips shaking my head as I look straight in his eyes.

"Look me in the eyes and tell me if I am bluffing?" I asked.

His blue eyes stare into my violet ones. We glare back and forth between each other, his jaw clench high together and my eyes narrow down hard like a lions eyes going to hunt.

Without saying a word between each other, Xavier stand up straight and turn on his heels storming away. He knocked down a fruit bowl on the table as the bowl shattered onto the floor making the room echo. The door from the cottage open up and he slame the door walking away.

I was then left in silence and myself. I let go a breathe that I did not know I was holding. Everything is so mess up now and I have no idea who is friends or foes.

I am that close to finding my mother and a war is going to start. If I have to fight in this war I will fight. I'm pretty sure Glassandra will send us to fight for her. I would fight for her to find my mother. What I saw can change, And I can change what will happened in the war.

The future is on our hands.
