CLARITY

The cottage was not far walk to Mireworth Fortess; it was just in the middle of the journey. Xavier and I arrive at the cottage with the no door open, no doors meant to be open like that it was like someone had broken in.

We both exchange looks before I turn my head and ran up the wooden steps to the cottage stopping at the open door entrance. It was a mess, I never seen something like this before. Table was over the floor, food and books and objects damage and looks like thrown about. But what also caught my attention was the dried blood on the floor, it looked like someone was dragged away.

"Mother" I called out in a whisper, Xavier came and stand next to me looking at the mess.

"Well, it seems whoever was here left a mess" Xavier said sarcastically.

"There must be something my mother left here for me to find" I said coming into the cottage.

"Start looking" I told him turning to Xavier quicky then turn back starting to look for anything that my mother might of left me to find.

I search in every room anything that might look different than others. There must be something to tell me, to answer me. But as I was about to give up my eyes land on an open book. It was a book I seen before, when I was a little girl, my mother would write in. I picked it up and it send me a shiver like a memory of my mother's touch. As I flip through the pages and quickly read through them, they were all about the demon king wanting to find my mother and I. And that the vision that my mother saw will happened on the sixth moon month.

My mother saw what I saw, she saw a vision of the war that is going to happened.

"Did you find anything? Cause there is nothing here I found" Xavier asked coming into the room. I had my back turned to him as I stare at the book that I think is a diary of my mothers. My lips were part open.

"How many moons has it been since I came here?" I asked my back still turn away.

"Six moons why?" Xavier asked. I gasp.

I turn around on the heel quickly and ran over to Xavier with the diary in my hand.

"My mother had the same vision of the war that I had. Her powers must of been future telling she saw this before I arrive. Six moons is when the war will start. We are on the sixth moon month" I explain as I gave Xavier the diary as he look in it while I move my finger on it pointing to the parts.

"We need to tell Glassandra" Xavier said with his eyes wide in shocked.

"Wait, there is something missing, I need to read through of what my mother wrote about me" I said as Xavier turn to me where he is stand near the door ready to leave.

"You won't leave this cottage?" He asked which I shake my head.

"I'm going to go warn Glassandra to prepare for the war then I'll come back" Xavier said.

"I won't go anywhere" I said.

And with one last look behind Xavier turned and ran out of the cottage leave me alone in the cottage. It felt like over again the last time I was left alone in a different cottage but different feeling.

I let a sigh leave my lips, feeling the comfort of silence surround me. As I was just about to open the diary back up where my thumb was holding the page with the book, I felt a cold shiver run down my back. It was the same one I have been feeling all along.

Someone is defiantly following me, and it might be the person who wants me dead. I heard the sound of heels clicking against the wooden stairs outside the cottage, I stand up quickly ready to see who it is, it can't be Xavier cause I know the difference off his shoes.

"Well, this is a cozy cottage isn't it" I look up to see Bianca with her purple hair down her face wearing a tight long black dress like she is ready for a ball.

I don't know what she is doing here but Glassandra would not send her here if the war had already started.

"Bianca?" I asked in a whisper.

"Hello, there human" She said but her voice sounded fake almost as she would crack. She does not like me; she did not need to tell me to my face it is written in front of me to see.

"What are you doing here?" I asked. She glare at me, and I glare back while we keep looking at each in silence.

Something in the air is going to happened and I can feel the tension rising pretty fast.
