"You see Yord, me and Y/n are close, see those bruises on her skin, on her neck? Goes all through her body, it's not a part of Y/n I haven't touched," Qimir voice was dark and sinister, as he almost sang the words until Yord's ear.You shook your head, this didn't need to happen. Yord was innocent. This was all your fault, your mind had just been too cloudy to see it. Tears began to stream down your face. It was not too late to change things. If Qimir just let go of Yord... You and Yord could go. Run away. Something. You didn't need the Order. You needed your friend. The only friend that had respected you growing up. Yes, you admit you were jealous of him for reaching the position of Master before you, and Yes, you were hurt that he and Sol had thrown you out to the wolves, but you loved Yord, he was your friend.
"Did you ever touch Y/n like that Yord?" Qimir looked down at Yord.
The desperation in Yord's eyes were painful to watch. He tried to move his head, but he had no chance against Qimir, just a small shake in reply to Qimir's question.
"Did you wish to touch Y/n?" Qimir asked, his eyes wandered to you.
A strong distaste grew in your mouth. Your eyes were cold, as you stared into Qimir's eyes. You didn't like what Qimir was doing. He was playing with the man's life like it was a toy. It was clear as a day that Qimir was trying to humiliate Yord. Both noticed Yord's silence, it was overbearing. Qimir lifted his other hand, his finger pointing for you to come over. You were uncertain, but slowly walked over.
"It's okay Yord, Qimir he'll let you go, and we will go together... You and me, together, somewhere, we'll live together, we'll have to leave the order, but it's okay cause at least we got each other" You whispered desperately trying to convince yourself it wasn't too late.
Qimir with the help of the force got you down on your knees. You looked up at him, in frustration.
"Yord didn't answer the question, did you wish to touch Y/n?" Qimir repeated the question, shaking him up. Your hands reached out, but Qimir made it abundantly clear he would hurt him if you so much as laid a finger on him.
"Yes," Yord was finally able to cough up.
You closed your eyes. This was not good. You could sense the anger in Qimir building up.
"Don't listen to him Yord,I-I-I, Listen to me Yord, I- I love-" Qimir didn't let you finish the sentence before he snapped Yord's neck and let his body the ground.
"Yord!" You screamed as you threw yourself over to him and tried to lift his head to your lap.
"Yord, Yord, please, Yord," You screamed, but you could no longer feel his warm embrace in the force. He was gone. Your tears fell onto his pale skin, as you whispered his name, uncontrollable. You hugged him tight to you. This was all your fault. Your jealousy had killed him. Had killed your best friend. Your only friend. You felt a hand on your shoulder, as you looked up at Qimir.
Never in his life had he seen a more beautiful creature than you. This was the beginning of your journey to freedom. Tears were dancing off your face from your blood-red eyes. Your emotions were finally free, no longer locked in by the order. When you would learn to let go, it was nothing that could stop you. Qimir knew the darkness in you, the rage. It existed. You just needed time to accept it. You were a mess, a catastrophe, and it was bewitching. You might not understand it today, but...
"You might not believe it, but this was for us...for our future," his words scar through your ears.
