The island felt more quiet without his Master here. More lonely, without you here.

To Qimir, both felt like losses. One of them he was relieved to be gone. The island seemed more peaceful without Darth Plagius the Wise on. Qimir had never realised how many voices he had heard in his head while he was here. Like with anything, even pain you'll get used to if you feel it for long enough. It was like being back to his teens again, his mind was his own. He felt bewildreded. A part of him feared it, feeling lost without guidance. Now he had to think for himself.

But the only thing lingering on his mind was you. His heart was longing for your grace. At times he would find himself meditating, which he hadn't done in years, but he always admired it when you did it. In the past he use to see and hear flames when he used the force, now he listened to your voice, what he remembered it as. It was soft, and pleasant. It made him feel more at peace. You always have had that effect on him. Still it was unravelling to his heart to not have you close. He missed your touch, your laugh and kisses. His only motivation was that he was doing this for you.

He could hear a ship from far away settle on to the island, but he did not leave his position. The force had brought him into deep meditation as he was floating above ground. Qimir knew who was coming, or at least one of them. He could recognise him in the force, even from far away. Elzar...

Had he come here to finish the job? Then to take you all to himself? One thing was sure, that would end terribly for one of them, and that person was not Qimir. Ugh, Qimir hated himself for letting his mind draft into such dark space. He knew he shouldn't automatically think the worst, you wouldn't want him to. Truth was that Elzar was someone you trusted, and cared for. Meaning that Qimir should respect him. At least try to, in honour of you. Deep down, Qimir also had to admit that Elzar was a figure in the force even he once had admired. It was just difficult to turn off the alarms, after having them on for such a long time.

Elzar and Stellan were walking up the mountain, and even Elzar had to admit he was surprised to the sight he was greeted to on the island. It had come alive again. Flowers were growing, and what you had described as a cloudy planet were now shining. The force had truly done it's wonders here. His biggest surprise appeared when they finally entered the cave. Qimir was meditating, using the light side of the force. Elzar could feel it. He found himself speechless at the sight, and quickly stopped Stellan when he was about to step forward to speak. Of course, Elzar and Y/n had informed him about Qimir, but Elzar was confident Stellan didn't understand the gravity of seeing someone who had been so tormented as Qimir medidating.

"Grand Master Gios... Master Mann" Qimir whispered, as he stepped down at the ground, opening his eyes.

Elzar was impressed by Qimir's modest way of adressing the two of them. In the past Qimir hadn't even honoured using Elzar's first name. He sensed a big change in Qimir, a light had been lit, but Elzar could also sense longing in Qimir's heart. An emotion a Jedi shall not have. It was not difficult to imagine what Qimir was longing for. Elzar had his ideas, and at the top of the list were you. Qimir came walking over to them. He was wearing all black, with a sleeveless top. His hand reached out to Stellan, in an attempt to shake his hand. Something Qimir must have known is uncommon Jedi practice. Nontheless, Stellan reached out his hand as they greeted each other.

"Qimir," He spoke.

Qimir then looked back at Elzar with a little smile. Elzar couldn't decide if it was genuine or not, but he didn't need to, as Qimir slowly stepped back and looked the two Jedi up and down. Elzar couldn't help but laugh on the inside. Yes, Qimir had grown, but he was clearly still playing his foolish children's game with him. Elzar however, did not mind. He knew he was the adult among them.
