If you welcome the darkness, the darkness will embrace you.

Slowly, you woke up to the feeling of kisses being planted on your back. You smiled weakly, as your eyes opened up to the sight of Qimir. His hair had a lovely morning doo, that made you smile even more. Your hand reached out to him, caressing his cheek. He was so beautiful, the most beautiful being you had ever seen.

"I love you," He whispered with a warm smile on his lips.

Qimir had thought about it all night. He needed you to know he loved you. The alcohol didn't play any role, his feelings for you were just as strong. They had always been, since the moment he laid his eyes on you, he knew you were the one he wanted. What used to stop him before, was no longer on his mind. The road blocks didn't matter anymore. He just wanted to say it loud.

Your mind wasn't open, but he could see you were surprised. It was the cheer of happiness dancing in your eyes faded, and a sense of fear set in. You turned around so you were laying on your back, thinking. It was strange, Qimir should be worried you didn't reciprocate his feelings, but for some reason he weren't. He only felt an enormous sense of relief. Finally, he could just say it out loud.

"Qimir, I'm a Jedi," Your words echoed from yesterday. Your voice was cold, and Qimir knew exactly what you were doing. Hiding. Every time you got emotional, you hid behind that voice. It was like a shield for you. Qimir smiled weakly.

"I have thought about this," Qimir moved closer, gently hovering over you on the side. He took your hand.

"It doesn't matter," His voice was warm. His eyes so kind. You were not used to his display of emotions, being... this light. You had no idea why, but for some reason, you began to feel like you almost had a lump in your throat. Never had you felt such reaction.

"It's who I am," You could feel your eyes getting teary, even if your voice was frozen. You tried to stop it, but they just got more and more watery. His smile just grew, as he intertwined your fingers together.

"And I love that," Qimir whispered, looking into your eyes. Your eyes were frowning, as you suddenly felt a drop of water fall down your cheek. You were confused, you didn't understand why your body reacted this way. You shook your head, he couldn't possibly mean that. He didn't like that you were a Jedi, he was trying to change you.

"I love that you are a Jedi," He nodded even bigger in contrast to your shaking head. He was confident. You could sense it. It was no uncertainty, no doubt. You pressed your eyes.

"I love the light that flows through your body," He whispered and kissed your forehead softly. Suddenly it wasn't just one drop of water falling down your cheek, but they began to run like a waterfall down your face. His hands grabbed your cheeks, and lifted your face.

"I love your heart," He kissed a tear away.

"I love your soul," And another.

"I love your light," and another.

"I love you," He whispered.

"I love you too," Your voice was shaking, you couldn't hold it in anymore. Your hands were shaking and even your breath was uneven. You were disgusted by the ray of emotions that were gushing out of your body right now.

"Hey, hey, hey, breath this is good," His smile was so comforting, but you couldn't help but begin to laugh. You felt horrendous. Your knees went up, as you hid your face.

"I need a drink, or five," You laughed and tried to dry up your tears.

Qimir laughed as he sat up, wrapping his hands around your body, wiggling you from side to side. You had never been more adorable. He could see the ray of emotions rushing out of you, but also your shame and discomfort with them. Qimir didn't judge you. He understood it was a lot for you to process. A Jedi who love, is a dangerous Jedi, but nonetheless a strong Jedi. He kissed your knees.

"We are not drinking, because I want you to know, I mean it from the depth of my heart," He spoke, and turned you around so the two of you were facing each other.

You took a deep breath and opened your eyes. You leaned back onto the wall. Soaking wet eyes, but happy. Qimir gently took your hand and placed it at the top of his bare chest by his heart. You swallowed. His heart was pumping louder than ever before, but it was warm, it was loving you.

"Do you feel it?" He whispered, his eyes were worried you couldn't hear his heart banking for him.

You nodded. Loving someone was brave, and it was time for you... to be brave. Your hand was shaking as you slowly moved his hand onto your heart. Tears began to fell down your cheek again. You couldn't believe what you were about to do. Never before had you done this. Your eyes shut, as you tore apart the shield you have had around you for decades, revealing your heart.

Qimir felt an urge of emotions emerging through your touch. It was a beautiful sadness washing over your heart. It's been hidden for so long. He could feel himself tear up. He could see you, all of you. Not only could he see and feel it, but he could touch it. The barricade was destroyed. Qimir understood he was the first one you had ever let in. Your eyes opened, and he could see the fear in your eyes. You felt naked, alone. But it couldn't be further from the truth. He swallowed his smile, before he leaned over to you.

"Thank you," Qimir whispered, carrsingly holding your head in hands.

"I love all of you," Seconds later, his lips bewitched you.
