"You had no idea what powers you were playing with!" Master Gios shouted, his words echoed through the temple.

For hours, you had sat quietly, while each and every single council member had either shouted at you or judged you in some shape or form. For once in your life, you let them. It didn't feel fair, but your mind and heart was not even on this planet. It was left on a planet, you didn't even know what was called, with a man, you weren't even sure were alive anymore. Whatever words they were vomiting out, had no impact on you.

"Is she even listening?" Master Gios waved his hand out towards you.

"Yes, I am," you spoke up for the first time, to everyone's surprise.

And that was the truth, you did listen, but you didn't care. It was an entirely different question. One of the other Master's placed everyone's attention back at the holocrons, which were now placed in a protective transparent shield in the middle of the room.

"She shouldn't even have been able to open it," The Master said, studying the piece.

"She tapped into the dark side, of course she-" Master Gios spit out.

"I did not-" You immediately stood up, when you took notice of Master Elzar stepping up beside you.

"She did not use the dark side of the force," He spoke simultaneous as you, but got the honor to finish the sentence.

You looked up at him, surprised that he chose to speak up for you. You couldn't help but feel a form of warmth on the inside of your heart. Gratitude. Elzar spoke for you in sincerity, looking directly into his friends' eyes Master Gios. You swallowed low. It meant a lot, more than you liked to admit. Your former Master and Yord, had just sat beside you. Quietly, not saying a thing. You knew it wasn't in the spirit of the Jedi to judge, but you did feel betrayed. While all the council members were here to find someone to hang, they had pushed you out.

"The force works in mysterious ways," Grand Master Yoda entered the room, and thankfully for once all the whispers stopped. Your eyes followed him as he sat down. You bowed, and waited for instructions.

"Come here, sit in front of me my child," Yoda nodded to the space in front of him.

The steps felt heavy as you walked up to him. He sat in the middle, with the rest of the council members sitting around him in a bow shape. You slowly sat down on the cold marble floor and crossed your legs. Yoda's eyes were patient, and though you might shield yourself emotionally from the people around you, Yoda could read right through you.

"Anxious are you?" He asked.

Yes, you were.

But as a Jedi, you could not admit to such feelings. The question, though with good intent, could be a dangerous trap.Typically a kind of trap that Master Gios would try to set you up in, but not Yoda. It was a difference when he asked. Biggest difference was that Grand Master Yoda cared. He was not out to catch you or debate you. He did enjoy a good discussion, but he liked it as a conversation going both ways, with honesty.

"I am, Master," You smiled weakly.

"Why?" Yoda asked.

"A lot has happened in the last few weeks. I struggle to process everything, understand it..." You were searching for another word as you stared out into the air.

"I struggle to see the meaning of it," You admitted and looked back at him.

"Meaning is what you make out of it," Yoda said short, but wisely. You could already sense his next question.
