The police in PG County are still actively searching for the two escaped patients from St. Paul's Hospital Center. Flower Dennis , who recently was apprehended after the kidnapping of Miracle Norland - Lane , is reportedly suffering from a severe psychotic break after the suicide of her young daughter recently. She is also the domestic partner of famed video game designer Zipp Dennis who she also allegedly stabbed in the aftermath of the kidnapping. Her fellow escapee is Pamela Perkins, seen here in her mugshot. Pamela Perkins is the killer of highly decorated Narcotics Detective Melinda Velez and also her own cousin Penelope HighTower who was a English teacher at Barrington Academy and the wife of Barrington's headmaster Dr. Gerald HighTower. Pamela Perkins is reported to be extremely dangerous although we don't know if she is armed at the moment. The hostage they took at the hospital, local attorney Ethan Stone, is in stable condition at the hospital after being allegedly strangled by Perkins. Police from neighboring counties like Montgomery are joining in the search for Perkins and Dennis. If you see either of these women, especially Pamela Perkins, please do not approach them. Instead call 911 immediately.

Pamela laughed at the tv reporter that was speaking urgently from the flat screen television in the bedroom. " Idiots. " She sighed. " They took off The Rich and The Beautiful. And Rebel. They used to let us watch it in the common room at the hospital you know. It was very popular there. I wonder if Rebel would give me an autograph. Maybe he'll want mine. I am a celebrity myself."

Then she and a tied up Alfred heard a loud banging on the front door of the house.

She went to the window and peeked through the lace trimmed curtains. There was a uniformed police officer standing on the porch with an older couple right behind him. Fuck. That's all she needed. Pigs.

As she let the curtain fall from her hands she turned back to Alfred who watched her cautiously. " I'm going to untie you. Then you and I and your little walker are going downstairs. Where I want you to tell the cop you're fine. If you try anything funny I swear to God above I will shoot the old people out there that I'm assuming are your mommy and daddy. Then I'll shoot your butler and cook. Then I'll kill you after you have a suitable mourning period. "

" Mr. Giadello ," the police officer yelled through the door as he knocked loudly. " This is PG County Sheriff's Deputy Wilkins. I'm doing a welfare check with your parents. Please open the door. "

Andrew felt an overwhelming panic building inside his body as he glanced back at the car where the children still remained in the backseat as they anxiously looked out the window of the vehicle.

Glory discreetly drew out her cell phone to send a text message to not her nephew Jacob but her once upon a time brother in law Carlos. Then she called her son once more. It just rang and rang. Her heart sank with each ringing.

Andrew came behind his wife and wrapped his arms around her trembling thin body. " It's going to be okay," he whispered in her ear.

The front door opened slightly with the security chain still on it. Enough that they could see Alfred standing there hunched over his walker. His face looked strained and stressed. And , to his mother and stepfather's horror, there was a deep red mark on the left side of his face as well as a puffiness to his left eye.

" Sir, are you alright? ," the cop demanded to know. " Can you step outside please? "

Glory called out," Son , are you okay ? "

Alfred hesitated for a second. Then he said almost regretfully," I'm fine. Please go away. I love you, Momma. I love you, Drew. I need to go back upstairs and water the flower now. "

Then he closed the door again.

The cop was puzzled. " Water the flower? "

Andrew took a deep breath and exhaled. " He's giving us a message. My son is very smart. They're in there. With him. "
