Nari's magic was soft, peaceful and everything nature-like. He'd only gotten an idea of it, a simple taste really, as his own soul was replaced into the other goddess's body. It was odd now but it wasn't as weird as he'd thought it'd be. But wasn't that the weird part, it's not like he'd been in another entity, another person that wasn't himself before...

He's only ever tried this spell once... with Archie... they don't really speak of that again. Especially since Merlin had to be the one to separate them. The embarrassment went on. We don't really speak of that day. The past is in the past, about a couple centuries ago.

But now here he is, chained up in the middle of some abandoned building, the Order ready to use Nari for their own doings and evil operations. And did they know of the body swap that took place? Not yet. He's lost of his magic entirely. They've numbed it somehow but he can still feel some essence of it, swirling right above his fingertips atleast.

He's looking around, trying to seek out some sort of exit. There doesn't seem to be any and his head hits his- Nari's- chest. He's desperate now. If they seek him out, they'll get Nari for sure. He wracks his brain. Maybe some sort of bargain could do the trick and-

But the last time he did that, someone died. He'd lost everything, then.

Maybe he could do another preposition-

But the last time he made a deal, the Arcane Order got the seals within their position.

Maybe he could fight them head on, give everyone else some time to figure something out-

But that would mean sacrificing himself though he came back and bloody hell it was painful.

Right now, he could use some advice, but he was the one who everyone looked up to, he'd have to keep his head high to protect those he loved. He couldn't bare to lose anyone else. Not again.

Douxie sighed within the warm air and he tried coming up with ideas. But everything kept coming up short and they weren't worth trying. And time had passed as he soon heard the sinister laughter's of the Order echoing.

And he looked up to find the two of them just a couple feet away floating mid air at eye level with him. His stomach churned and he felt so uneasy in the moment but he'd have to just let it slide as just a small insignificance for now.

"Oh Nari, we knew you couldn't outrun us forever, you belong here, it was always a matter of time and patience." Skrael had spoken and Douxie watched Bellroc nod along.

There was a slight beat in silence and Douxie tried reaching for his powers again, but stopped as he heard a deep growl. Next thing he knows Bellroc is face to face with him and giving him the biggest scowl. Her head tilts and Douxie gulps slow.

She spoke to Skrael as she kept Douxie in her view, "This isn't Nari, he tricked us!" Nari's head was forcefully caught in her fiery hands, it felt cold and hot at the same time as it burnt from her touch.

Skrael looked over with squinted eyes as if searching and when they lit up, that's when Douxie knew that they had caught on and he'd been found. Guess he couldn't fool them enough.

"Sorry lads," he started with a smirk, even though he was feeling anything but cocky in the moment, "Guess we kinda swapped places for a bit there, took you long enough."

Stall, yeah, he could do that.

"Enough with your games boy," Skrael took Bellroc's position, using an icicle as a weapon to threaten Douxie. Holding it dangerously close to his throat. But he knew better, they wouldn't hurt him. Not yet anyway. "Tell us where Nari is, now!" It felt way colder as Skrael's breath hit his face.

Think, he had to think quick.

Suddenly he's just spilling words off his tongue, he doesn't think twice on it.

"I'll find her for you, you just gotta let me off these restraints though,"

It took them a minute but then they both nodded at each other and slowly let him down. He was free from his restraints now but escaping was tricky especially since there didn't seem to be a way out. He's finally walking on solid ground now and he can literally feel the difference in height. He looks down at green nature feet until someone clears their throat.

Right.

He creates a circle around him, his magic mingles with Nari's one, amplifying it. He makes the circle bigger and it glows as it writes out ancient languages in the center, some he's lost on how to read by now.

He begins the chant and he can feel the Order's anticipation as he recites the spell. The spell on how to create a large explosion for the building that he hopes collapses on them. But first he'd have to get out of Nari's body and place it in protection, for when she comes back. He prays above that it works out.

Slowly he loses himself for a bit, sending out a wave of magic, but not before he hears the crumble of rubbles and stone, he hears their angry outburst and quickly he envelopes Nari's body in a protective cocoon. Then everything turns black and he apologises, for the last time...
