Paedyn's POV
"well this sucks" Kai says after hours of silence. we are sitting in a room chained to the ground. I wish he could use his powers to get us out of here but the walls are made of some weird material where no powers will work to get out. not even phasing will work. he is pacing around the room while I am still chained to the ground, he got out of his chains about 2 hours ago.
"Kai please sit down you are giving me a headache watching you" I sigh bringing my knees to my chest and resting my head on them. despite my asking he is still pacing around the room.
"my own brother locked me up in my dungeon." he says disbelief laced in his voice.
my head hurts so bad and I don't know why. "Kai can you please stop pacing around the room my head actually hurts" he pauses and looks at me seeing that I am not joking he comes over to be. I feel like my brain is going to explode.
he crouches down next to me and rubs my back "are you okay? does it actually hurt that bad?" he asks me and I nod in response to his stupid ass question. "is it um.... your women thing" he says quietly
I roll my eyes regretting it because it makes my brain hurt worse. "no Azer that already happened. my head feels like it is going to explode for a different reason" I say annoyed
"that would be the water I gave you" i hear Kitts voice as he enters the room with 2 guards.
"what the hell did you do to her?" Kai asks getting up and walking towards Kitt as my vision goes a little bit darker. the 2 guards stop Kai before he can get too close to the king.
"i simply gave her something to help her sleep while you and me talk" Kitt answers calmly.
"Why can't she be awake...." i hear Kai start to say something but I black out and fall over before i can hear anything else.

when I wake up I am in a bed in a room i recognize too well. It's Kai's bedroom the one where he taught me how to dance. my stab wounds are completely healed and I am no longer chained to anything. i sit up and look around the room. "good morning sleepy head" I hear Kai's voice from the other side of the room.
"what is going on? why are we not locked up?" I ask him confused as he comes over and sits next to me on the bed.
"Kitt forgives us" he says rubbing my side.
"what why?"
"I will explain everything later" he says pulling me to him and cuddling with me. he putts a small kiss on the top of my head and hugs me tightly. "I love you" he whispers
"I love you too" I whisper back snuggling closer to him.
