I do

Pae's POV

I can't breathe. 

I don't know if it is because this dress is a little tight or if it is because I am about to marry the love of my life. all I can do is look into Kai's eyes as the priest talks about joining us together or some shit like that. I am really getting married, this is actually happening, I'm not dreaming. Kai is looking into my eyes and I can tell he isn't listening either. all the other noise seems to cancel out as we look at each other. I only see him. we are in our own little world. 

before I know it Kai is sliding a gold wedding band that matches my engagement ring on my finger saying the words. "I Malakai Azer take you Paedyn Gray to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part." 

A small happy tear comes out of my eye as he says those words. I never thought I would ever be getting married especially not to the enforcer this is the best fucking day of my life. Andy hands me a gold ring to give to Kai and the priest tells me to copy after him.

Kai's POV

oh my god Pae is the most beautiful woman in the world. I don't know where the hell she got this dress but it fits her perfectly. she is so beautiful I can't keep my eyes off of her. seeing her in this dress is making me want to rip it off and make her scream my name till she can't remember her own name. I can't believe this is really happening. I am getting married. Paedyn Gray is going to be Paedyn Azer, my wife. 

I wasn't paying attention to anything the priest was saying until Jax handed me Pae's wedding band and I had to repeat what the priest was saying, I didn't think words would make me so happy but saying my vows made it all so real. now I watch as she slides the ring on my finger and says "I Paedyn Gray take you Malakai Azer to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish, till death do us part." 

"do you, Malakai Azer take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?" 

"I do" I say looking into her beautiful blue eyes 

the priest turns to Pae, "do you, Paedyn Gray take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?" 

"I do" she says looking back into my eyes 

"then by the power vested in me, by the kingdom of Ilya, I pronounce you husband and wife. you may kiss the-" before he can even get the last word out I am pulling her face to mine and dipping her body backwards to kiss her. she laughs and wraps her arms around my neck. I can hear a few people clapping and cheering but I ignore it. 

when we pull away from the kiss she has the biggest smile on her face. I look out at all the people, there are a few people crying, lots of people clapping, a few maids and servants including Ellie Pae's maid are cheering, Octavia and Jax are crying talking about how beautiful it was and Andy is looking a them like they are idiots. 

I can't believe Paedyn is really my wife.

Pae's POV 

 It's now dark outside. we are still in the gardens for the wedding reception, it reminds me of the second ball last year. there is a dance floor with a band playing music, lights are hanging from the trees there are a few tables so people could sit down and eat and there are red roses everywhere.  It's hard to think that this was all set up and planned today unless Kai has been planning this for a while. 

me and Kai are sitting at a table watching as people talk and dance. his hand is on my thigh rubbing circles on my skin through the slit in my dress. I get butterflies every time his fingers  rub my inner thigh. 

"are you sure you aren't hungry?" he asks for like the 5th time tonight. 

"yes I'm sure" I tell him again. I'm not very hungry because all I want to eat right now are blueberries and there aren't any here. 

Kai suddenly stands up and holds his hand out for me. "come on I'm bored, let's dance" I take his hand and we walk onto the dance floor. music starts but we are the only ones dancing. everyone else is watching us. 

"why are they watching us?" I whisper to him as we dance 

"first dance as husband and wife. they probably want to give us our space" he says spinning me before pulling my back to his chest. I feel so safe as his arms wrap completely around me and he kisses my cheek. all the people watching us seem to fade away as he spins me back around and wraps my arms around his neck before his hands go to my waist. "I love you wife" he says kissing my nose softly as we sway to the song. 

"I love you husband" I say to him with a big smile. I am so happy dancing in his arms. my head rests on his shoulder and I close my eyes. a wave of calmness, happiness and safety. washes over me as we dance. 

the song ends and we walk back to our table. I feel dizzy for a second and I stumble Kai holds my arm. "are you ok?" he asks helping me sit down 

"yeah I'm ok just too much wine" I say with a laugh and he nods before sitting next to me. he takes my hand and kisses it softly.

Kai's POV 

We finally managed to escape the reception and now we are walking down the castle halls. Kitt gave me a Key to a room I have never been to and told me to go there. we get to the room and once I unlock the door we walk into a room with a huge bed, things like blindfolds and ropes and a lot of other things I don't plan on using. Pae starts laughing as I look around the room stunned that I never knew this room existed until tonight. 

"what is so funny?" I ask her as I walk in all the way, close the door and lock it. 

"its just this is not what I was expecting" she laughs. "I thought Kitt would be sending us to a broom closet because he hates me but this is... wow" 

I cross my arms and lean against the door. "it is definitely wow" I say laughing softly "how many people do you think have done it on that bed?" I ask

"I don't know but I hope they cleaned the sheets.. really well." she turns around and when she sees I am making no move to walk over to her 'which is driving me crazy' she crosses her arms and walks over to me. "can you take this dress off already. it is really hard to breathe in this thing." 

I smirk "gladly" I take off my suit jacket before I turn her around and I start undoing the laces on the corset. my lips find the side of her neck as the dress falls to the floor. "better?" I whisper in her ear biting it softly. 

she turns around showing me her body and pulls my mouth to hers. "much better, I can actually breathe now" she mumbles against my lips. my hands go to her waist but a small shock goes to my hands and I pull away. "what's wrong?" she asks 

"nothing" I kiss her "you walked across the carpet and shocked me. It's nothing" 

"oh my God" she gasps 

"what?" I pull back thinking something is wrong 

"do you think they cleaned the carpets after other people have done it here?" I can't help but start laughing at her words.
