On the way to Nimbasa City, the group decided to take a break in middle of the forest.

"Today's secret ingredients include the gentle forest breeze, which carries the scent of fresh grass, and the trees laced with sunlight. You smell those aromas too, right pansage?" Cilan asked Pansage, while making the lunch for everyone, "This is truly a dish filled with forest essences." Cilan marveled while Ash and Iris swung from vines on the trees above Cilan, you and Arlo.

Cilan cleared his throat, trying to ignore the Iris and Ash's offer of join the swinging.

"Sorry but I really don't want to break my bones" You reply to Ash's offer, while sitting on the grass with Arlo.
"Oh man, if they fall on top of us, it's over" Arlo sighed.
"Glad you two aren't swinging like them, or it would be a to my ears" Cilan said as a leaf from one of the trees fell into the curry, which he tried his best to ignore and not get mad at.
Arlo and you chuckled a bit, "Arlo remember that one time in Hoenn, Brock was preparing the lunch while we all were chasing each other in the forest and then May tripped and fell on the pokémons who then launched an attack in front of them where Brock stood and our entire lunch was destroyed?" You asked Arlo, remembering the good old days.
"Of course I do! The entire soup fell on me and Brock!" He pouted
You bursted out laughing, "Yeah i remember that! Man i miss Brock and his cooking-" you paused and blankly stare at Arlo, who was looking at you with the same expression.

Cilan overheard this conversation and was wondering who Brock was, but then he started to fume when another leaf fell om the curry, "Will you stop-AGH!/OHHH I FORGOT TO YELL YOU THIS- AAAAAA THE POT FELL" Cilan shouted at the same time as you and Arlo, as the pot fell on the ground, but you and Arlo shouted for remembering something you two forgot about, before screaming for the pot.
"Looks like its emergency time!" Cilan panicked.

Cilan picked the pot back up from the ground and scolded Ash and Iris, "Look, you two. Do you have any

"Guys return" you and Arlo whispered while Cilan was giving Ash and Iris a piece of mind, "Arlo let's get outta here, i have something to talk about"
"Me too, I have something important to say" you nod at him and quickly exit the scene.

You two got deep in the forest, not really wanting anyone to eavesdrop, "So can i go first?"
"Mhm sure, go ahead"
"So..." Arlo sighed, "You remember...Lizzia?"
Your throat dried a bit, remembering her and all that "talk" Arlo and May had, "y-yeah, I do..."
"So after me, Ash and Brock left, our ship stopped in the middle of the sea, to exchange some goods from the other ship, which was apparently going to Hoenn, and well, in that ship, we saw...May, Drew, Harley...."
"You did?!"
"....and Lizzia"
"H-huh?" You looked at him dumbfounded, "wait what?"
"Uh you see, she was going to Hoenn for her new journey with the others..."
Your eyes widened, "Did you talk about me in front of them?! What was Drew's reaction?! Did he asked anything about me or anything at all?! Why in the world did you not tell me about this before?!" You bombarded Arlo with question, your voice laced with panic.
"Calm down!" He shouted, "look about that- aaahhhh!"
"Arlo!"

While walking, you two didn't notice the slope in front and Arlo ended up sliding down the small slope, falling right before a river, on the rocky ground.

"Are you okay?" You asked
"Yeah, I'm fine!" He said getting up, "perfectly fine, actually"
You sighed in relief, "phew, I got scared for a moment, wait let me come down too!" You said, sliding down the slope, in a more safely manner, "so as you're okay, tell me what Drew was talking about-"

Before you could finish, you heard a familiar voice and a click of a camera.

Turning around to find who the person was, you saw it's Trip, on the other side of the narrow river, battling against a Palpitoad.
