"You will always be my first love. My first heartbreak,"

Elaina smiled softly at the babe in her arms, her heart still frozen from the pain yet with every breath her nephew took seemed to warm the frozen tundra.

Alicent had been watching the scene in front of her as her doting husband wipe the sweat off her face and arms.

The Queen's sister had birthed a boy, although she wished it were a girl to honor her the name of the fallen strong women that came before her. Alicent loved her child nonetheless.

"He will grow tall, and strong. Have you thought of a name for him?" Elaina asked quietly, not wanting to wake the sleeping baby.

Alicent and Lucien glanced at one another, not sure what to name their son. They had spent many countless nights, speaking about the name of their child. Now seeing him, it seemed every option they had, had flew out the window.

Elaina turned her attention away from the child, and toward her sister and brother. Sensing their silence and hesitation.

The Queen smiled in amusement, knowing exactly how they were feeling. She had been the same way when Aemond and Daeron had popped out, she didn't want her late husband dictating on naming her children so it took her a while for one to stick.

"Do not fret, a name will bestow upon the babe. A name with great honor, that will carry a legacy for many generations," Elaina reassured the couple, before walking toward the bed and handing the baby back to her sister.

Alicent cooed at her son, booping his nose softly as he tried to wiggle his nose. Lucien stared at them with love and amazement, staring at his beautiful wife and falling further in love with her.

Elaina's shoulder slumped slightly, the small relief on her shoulders knowing her sister and her new family will live a long and happy life. Something she made sure would happen since the beginning of their time.

Her little sister, not so little anymore.

Elaina teared up a bit as she knew her job was done, seeing Alicent now become a mother to her own child had set Elaina down a path of reassurance that it was time for her to go on.

Alicent sensing Elaina's feelings looked up, and her eyes tearing up as she watched her sister stare at her with pride and adoration.

Lucien made a move to grab his son from Alicent, wanting to bond with him and letting Alicent and Elaina speak for a moment as he stands a bit off to the other side of the room.

Elaina made her way toward the new mother, sitting next to her on the bed. Depesite the change of new sheets, she would cuddle up next to Alicent regardless.
