Chapter 64 The awaited meeting

I heard many voices , standing from my place I could only see people standing and crowding Emmy's cafe . I got scared and went there but the thing I saw took every ounce of breathe out of me , it was like someone suddenly has stolen my soul . It was him . I could not believe it . What was he doing here ? More importantly why is he here ??? " Beta can you do his first aid ? " Emmy said making me coming out of my thoughts ... no no way I'm doing something like that ....

I could feel him stiffening visibly. But he had a cut and as a doctor and a human I was bound to help him . Fine you win this is what my heart told to my ethics ....

" hmm.. " I nodded positively . " please bring him to my clinic everything is there . " i said looking anywhere around and not looking at him. I could feel him watching me intently and then he spoke something which made me angry ... " it's fine I'm OK!" Yeah I know you are perfect without me but your wound requires treatment ... "you wound needs first aid " said a voice from behind. It was Mr. Raichand our regular customer and one of my favourite because one he was a tough nut to crack and secondly he treated me as a daughter . He made sure no one ever insults me or Emmy . "See this handsome was waiting for you and what happened to him !"

"No need to worry Emmy he is fine but he still requires to clear the wound and sachedaa beta will do it ! " and looked at me for confirmation. I just gave an understanding nod.

"Mr . Raichand it is really -" he spoke once again but this time he was cut by Mr. Raichand " young man go and clean yourself and then we can talk. " dismissing him. This was so satisfying finally someone made him shut his mouth .

He silently followed me ....to my clinic .

The silence had engulfed the place . There was pin drop silence . Sighing I started doing my work ... " You will have to take your shirt off " I said gathering a lot of courage . He did follow my advice . I started cleaning it

"How are you ? " He said to break the ice

I kept on doing the dressing ignoring him and counselling just like my every other patient . The only difference was my heartbeats were echoing in my ears , I was feeling breathless... oh god why this had to be so difficult ..... My inner voice shouted ....

" take care of your dressing and only sponge is allowed so don't put much of water....." I kept on blabbering not looking at him .... I could feel his gaze on me !

After dressing I went towards my desk and worth some medicines saying " These are some painkillers you can take if you fell pain and if something happens to the wound kindly go to a doctor and get yourself checked " I said looking towards the prescription avoiding him completely...

"She means you can call her anytime " said Emmy entering the clinic followed by Mr. Raichand . "No I don't mean to bother anyone " he said directly looking at me as if he was confirming that he won't ever come here again .

"You will stay here !" Said Emmy and we both looked at her ... what no he can't!!! No not possible. Being so close to him it only made me vulnerable and I cannot let him affect me more than he has already done  . It's because of him I'm here today ... The words he had said stabbed thorough my heart and has made me nothing a broken piece who has nothing left but a body of bones and muscles.  A nonchalant person ... who is lost in these valleys and never wants to be found again  by anyone ....

"I have to go actually I came for a meeting here and then this happened I have to go to london !" He said looking at me as if he was expecting anything reactions out of me but I gave none , because neither it matters nor I have any rights to get affected ... this was exactly what he told me isn't it so now this is what he gets ...

"But it's my birthday tomorrow handsome... I'm bored with all these old people , I would love someone young and handsome boy  to be my date for tomorrow's party ... you know everyone is going to have a date even sachedaa is also having i would love you to be my date ..." she said almost convincing him..

But instead of him thinking he his jaw seemed clenched and his orbs turned to a darker shade ...his fist was tightly clenched  he can go if he wants to why is he glaring at me like that.

"Emmy don't- " I was trying to speak when he spoke cutting me " if such a beautiful girl wishes to go to her birthday party with a date like me who am I to  Refuse" I looked at him with my wide eyes and in return he gave me cold stern look ....

Fine stay who am I to say anything !! I don't care

"Good decision young man " said Mr.  Raichand " we Will talk about the Deal tomorrow " Raghav nodded positively...

" why don't both of you eat dinner with us today ... " said Emmy

What no !!! I want to have my dinner peacefully ... he will nothing but hamper it

"Emmy I have to town market , I will be back by the evening.... " I said escaping myself . I had to clear my mind , he is going to be with us like in the same place , same crowd uhhhhhh my frustration was increasing .

"Why don't you take him ?  He will help you and also visit and can buy something for his girlfriend  " she said I literally chocked on my water which I was drinking " are you ok? "

I nodded .." I don't think it's a good idea I mean he is injured and I think he might need rest .... a lot of hand movment will worsen it ...

" yeah you are right . You go I will show him my cooking skills and Mr . Raichand will help us " she said like small kid who got her favourite toy ..

I  instantly went out and directly went to my place ... not literally but I call it mine because of the peace this place provides , the place is silent,  you can even hear the moment of flowers, trees , winds , it's fells like rhythm . The place has a bench along with a shady tree . I found it on one of my adventure camps which I do for my hobby ...

I use to come here whenever I felt sad or something not welcoming came to my mind  . I found my solace here.

I bought a coffee on my way and went to sit there. !!! Everything was good in this place, silence,  peace and the view I loved it .... I slowly clossed my contemplating everything that happened.  When a voice interrupted my thoughts . I didn't have to open my eyes beacause I knew it had to be himm...

"Did you miss me jaan???! " he whispered directly near my ears ....

I opened my eyes and his orbs met with mine... making me shiver.
